Service 0, we waited for the waiter for 15 minutes until I went to the receptionist! The hookah man just brought the hookah and disappeared (it doesn't make sense to press the button at all)!

When asked to bring a book of complaints and suggestions, they replied that they could not find it! I waited 10 minutes and they didn't bring it! The administrator began to justify himself, but there was zero sense!

The same terrible hookah service. It was difficult to get through to the hookah people.
The waiter or the bartender, or all of them, broke through the vodka almost 1.5 times more.
Therefore, I highly recommend checking the "bill" before paying for it.
And they forced the waiter to sort it out completely, because there was no manager, no manager.
The result is a ruined evening with a friend who invited us to celebrate the addition to the family.
