A small selection of tobacco. How they score is a matter of chance. I'm a hookah player who scores well, the other one is terrible. They will not ask you if the hookah is bitter or not, they will run up to change the coals and run away. Cocktails are disgusting, if you've ever tried normal alcohol, you won't drink it

The receptionist was drunk , the waitress was drunk too
There are currently 5 tables occupied in the institution , they asked for tea - they brought tea on a tray , the tray was not taken away , they brought coffee cups , thank you for apologizing for this
I do not think that at this hour and given the workload there were no cups for tea
For now, I'll probably finish this review , since we just arrived , so I'm putting two stars on it so far

Wonderful staff! Very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly. Special thanks to Ekaterina. We came with friends in the evening, the girl told our ladies in detail which tea is better to take, and which one is not worth it at night. The same goes for the tastes of the hookah, she asked in detail what we want, advised delicious combinations. I was pleasantly surprised by the bramble cocktail, it tastes just right. We will definitely come back again!

A great place for all 5 points out of 5. The service is at the highest level ... the atmosphere, music, cocktails are in perfect order! Visited at night on October 9th. Meets a young guy. Without preludes, he declares that the entrance is paid (but he did not even know if there was a free table for us until we asked), the fee is of course symbolic, but he was surprised by the fact that it is, unlike similar establishments that we visited in Minsk. It's a small thing if it's the decision of the franchise owner. The waiter girl did not meet us, after we found an empty table ourselves, she came up and did not greet us. It was hard to spoil the gin and tonic, but the mojito was very sad, no mint, no lime, no rum taste, served in a whiskey glass with a cheap straw. 2 stars only to the hookah man who made the bowl well, as requested, tea - as if they regretted it, tinted water without taste and color. DJ plays normally, there are no complaints. When they asked for the bill: the waiter named the amount verbally without providing a check, we paid, before leaving, I thought about what did not fit with the order, asked for a check, the girl brought a check for a card transaction without positions, I once again asked for a check with positions. A couple of minutes later, the girl came with money and apologies that they accidentally counted 2 hookahs. I don't want the girl to be punished for this. Since I think this is a mistake of the management, which does not monitor the training and education of its staff, and the franchisor needs to control the quality, because after such situations, loyalty to the mint decreases.

As a frequent guest, I confirm that the night atmosphere on weekends is good, saturated with positive emotions, as a rule.
Too loud music often interferes, there are also not enough snacks besides nuts and chips — you need something more serious, but the kitchen does not work.
Sometimes the service is lame, they can forget about the order, especially about difficult and with different delivery times.

I visited yesterday, decided to go to the hookah. Unfortunately, the hookah burned down, the hookah girl said: "This is such tobacco." The coals were not changed until they were asked. The waiter did not know the name of the cocktails with the excuse: "I learned German." The cocktails were terrible, there were no ingredients, so they offered to replace them with existing ones, some kind of do-it-yourself marathon cocktail. In the hall, the waiters were observed when new visitors came, they forgot about the old ones.

I recommend visiting a hookah bar in which there is essentially no tobacco, which means that it cannot claim to be a place where you can smoke a hookah, which in essence must meet the standards of the MINT brand.

I won't talk too much about customer orientation and attitude to the visitor, but it was terrible. My friend and I came for the promotion of 7 glasses of beer and an old-fashioned hookah for 1 rub.. Just in case, I asked the girl again about the promotion, she confirmed that such an action was valid for them, sat down at a table, we were offered to choose a drink, which we did, then the hookah master came up to us and said that they had run out of tobacco (the hookah ran out of tobacco) for an old-fashioned hookah and He offered to take a modern one for the full amount. We got into their position and offered to pay the difference between old-fashioned and modern. The hookah master called the manager and he refused because there was also little tobacco left for a modern hookah. We got up and left. This was the last time I came to this institution.
I do not recommend this place because of the disgusting service and lack of respect. It's better to come to the cool Beermood Bar, which we went to after the hookah bar. There is service and the right atmosphere. Thanks for your attention!
