If they ask me which institution is the best, I will answer "Mint" without hesitation
Great music, the atmosphere is all at the highest level. But what really set this place apart from others was the best staff. All the staff are attentive, friendly and always ready to help. They do their best to make every guest feel comfortable and enjoy their stay at the institution)
Of course, I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to have a good time. I am sure that everyone will find something to their liking here. Thanks to the Mint team for the unforgettable days)

Good evening. I give one star for the following reasons :
1. No one from the staff met, you had to look for someone to approach with your eyes
2. Dirty dishes (washed the glass, not changed to another clean one)
3. The food is not about anything, tasteless
4. The waiter girl came several times to clarify some questions
5. I put 5/10 on the hookah

We came from reviews from other people, which is a good place for Slutsk.
The visit was already in the evening, we were greeted by an institution without music turned on, the waiters had their hands in their pockets-they discussed, of course, their most important problems at work.
We sat for 10-15 minutes, having already decided on the positions on the menu - no one came up to us.
You see, for the money that we were willing to pay for the visit, we are not going to run after the waiters, ask them to turn on the music and have an order brought to us with lean faces.

The hookah smoked normally for 10 minutes, you won't find a waitress with fire during the day, a hookah girl too. Cocktails are only brought by half a glass, although the pictures on the menu show a full glass. Plus, you need to go to the bar yourself to order the same cocktail.
We were sitting at a table under an air conditioner or extractor hood, xs, it suddenly became very cold and we froze the rest of the time. When we asked if it was possible to turn it off, the employee said that nothing was blowing and it seemed to us. As a result, the next day we both had a runny nose.

My worst stay in institutions for the year - the award goes to Mint Slutsk. We ordered sparkling wine from the menu with one name, and brought another, explaining that it was an analogue - the benefit was replaced with a discount, but the other and the discount turned out to be less than the stated one. Hookahs that turned out to be premium, one gave off chemistry like "Feri", which was repeatedly redone, the second generally with an incomprehensible taste. They forgot about the rest of the order at all, they were waiting for the "puerchik", it turned out that the waiter did not hear the full order. Cake "Napoleon" is generally a separate story - questionable taste and its freshness (* I advise you categorically not to order) the waiter seems to live in his own world .... the worst stay, the cherry on the cake turned out to be that when they came, they told us about the action on the rings, which is not at all)
(* trayti hookah for 20p) it is clear that with such hookahs it would not have been ordered, but the fact is (* it's a pity that they ordered 2 at once, so they would have refused after the first one) The result is a spoiled evening and a remark on the institution.

We stopped by with friends at the beginning of the working hours of the institution on Saturday. Nice interior, very tasty hookah. Basically, that's it. For 30 minutes, a man was arguing with someone on the phone at the whole establishment. After the same 30 minutes, food was brought to us, which was worse in quality than the nearest eatery. Not quite satisfied with the food and satisfied with the hookah left this place. We decided to give this place a second chance. To begin with, we waited 15 minutes for at least one employee. Not waiting, we went to look for ourselves. They found a hookah man who agreed to take the order, and the waiter was called through him. Thanks to the waiter for at least coming up, because from her face it seemed that we had crossed her road somewhere before, although this is the second time in Slutsk and it is unclear where we could cross this road)
I can't imagine how this institution still exists with such a service, but in conditions of low competition, I understand that there is simply no alternative.

The music is good. But people are allowed in uncontrollably, after two nights like herrings. Constant fights, sometimes unsafe. Well, the prices are too high. A bottle of vodka like 45 rubles is a joke. And the girl drank ordinary champagne - maybe 50 rubles. - It's like.
But it is clear that the management is trying to improve the service, I hope this will be the best place in the city. But so far.

We come here with my wife from Soligorsk, the atmosphere and interior are pleasant, the menu and hookah are quite good. The staff is polite, the service is fast, perhaps due to the low workload of the hall. The only thing that causes discomfort is the music, it is designed for a certain return group and taste, it would be nice to listen to something neutral.
