Yesterday we were at the institution, it wasn't the first time I was there and before that I liked this institution, but yesterday we were served by a new waitress girl who is not at all experienced from the word or just works on a clogged.., immediately we waited for the dishes for a very long time, while we were not asked in any way what order to bring,so immediately we received desserts (ice cream), which melted after 15 minutes, and the main thing was only brought to us, but not all (the wings waited from that moment for more than an hour, they did not warn about it in any way)
After that, the hookah man spoiled the mood a little, to the fact that we asked him to add grapefruit (the type for taste is generally a bomb), well, he brought us a hookah without asking in any way:If we like it, no, he left and left. The hookah was very weak and far from what we asked for, but already in the receipt, instead of 49 rubles, we paid 125 rubles for the hookah, after which when we asked to calculate us: we waited another half hour, went to the reception desk, they answered: everything will be fine now, we paid off and waited another half hour until we the waitress deigned to come up with the change (because there were only large bills), as a result, they came up themselves, took the change and left a little with a spoiled mood
Before that, we were often there and always remained satisfied, now there is no desire to go there 😢

They waited for a thousand years to come up to take an order, although there were no people at all in the establishment, only a couple of tables, I had to go and call the waiter myself. Among the ordered was a warm salad, which was not warm at all. The hookah master, after listening to the preferences (a short sentence in a couple of words), did not ask a single clarifying question and silently left. We were in the institution for a little more than two hours, during which time the coals were changed only twice, the second time when we were about to leave. Except that the tom-yam was delicious, but even here there is a puncture, the menu does not indicate that rice is included in it at a separate cost. It's not that these two rubles make the weather, but in the big picture it was unpleasant.

I asked a girl out on a date. It was a terrible
hookah, terrible, after 20 minutes of smoking, no one feels it. Not the taste, not the strength (as if it was brought from the next table).
According to the kitchen, there is no wow effect, the blue serving is at zero (they took a burger, trout for 44 rubles with vegetables)
The girl immediately said that at home her mother puts out vegetables in the same way (I don't think it's worth equating to just such a serving for 50 rubles)
ice cream to Fondue is nothing, just delicious.
The only star for the tea, and the Fondue itself, which turned out to be surprisingly tasty and everything was picked up the right way. That's where the advantages end.
I think my expectations are not too high, since I have been in catering for 3 years, including in hookah bars.

I liked the atmospheric place the most of all the mint. The kitchen is wonderful. Minus for the hookah, I asked for a fruit one with a chill, they brought it without even realizing that, at first it was bitter, then it was just heavy and not tasty. The coal was changed 1 time at the end.

We visited this institution in Tula and fell in love, so on a trip to Minsk we came here purposefully and went almost every day. The best hookahs are here, they do everything as you ask, both in strength (we like light ones) and in taste. The kitchen wasn't bad, but the croutons were a little damp.

I came here for the first time with my girlfriend. In general, the place is large and not bad. However, due to the fact that there are no partitions between the tables, I do not hear the girls, but the conversations of the neighboring tables, which is not very comfortable. I'm quite picky about hookahs, but I told the hookah master what I needed. I did everything the other way around (in flavor and strength)
Waiter service - the menu is taken away after the order. If you want to order something, you need to call the waiter to bring the menu, then just choose and call the waiter again.
Hookah masters - a young guy came up, I have not yet met worse service (although a regular smoker), they did not put on a mouthpiece as it should be in a normal institution (yes, I noticed that too)) After accepting the order, not everything is so bad. The hookah was made as I originally said - horror. According to strength, according to knowledge, tobacco is 0. According to the flavors, too.
Another master redid the hookah - in general, it's not bad, but I saw overheating initially. They don't ask how the hookah is smoked. That's why I'm giving you one star.
It was the first time I saw such a poor service from the masters. Somehow, the bitter truth is better than the sweet lie))
