I went in the fall of the 23rd year and this summer a couple of times. The food, hookah, service, atmosphere are good, but there are already questions about music. If live music is playing at the beginning from 22:30, the performers are young and active (for example, guys with guitars and trumpets) everything is fine, I like it, but when the live music ends and a DJ gets behind the wheel of the disco, then it becomes sad, why? Because the remix begins on the remix on the remix ((( It seems to be a familiar song, you start singing and dancing and it immediately gives way to another song, and then the test of one song sounds with music from another song and so on. This format of music is mixed up, well, I just don't like it at all, please leave the original, there is no need to interfere with the lyrics and music of the songs. I understand that a DJ should have a job) I suggest spending his time searching and compiling playlists from proven cool topics)) Yes, at least just put the original 50 Cent Candy Shop, it will rock to the fullest)) or at least not mix the songs so much. If you correct the music a little bit, you would go much more often and it would affect your sales for the better)

We came on Saturday with a group of 5 people to this institution , one of us had a birthday. There were a lot of people who took us to the table. We sat down, ordered a hookah and started deciding who would order what from the menu. After about 15 minutes, the administrator comes and puts a reserved sign. The conversation begins what to do ? We are offered a VIP room, since there are no free tables ( although there are many reserved tables, an hour would have been enough for us, we arrived at 23:30, and we could have been seated at least before the arrival of some kind of reservation ). Why do we need a VIP room if we want to smoke a couple of hookahs and drink a couple of cocktails? The receptionist who escorted us pretended that he was seeing us for the first time in his life.
We decided not to arrange a "swing", we had previously sat in another cultural institution and wanted to end the evening, so to speak, but alas.
Conclusion: treating people like cattle ! The service is "on hold"! They recruited youngsters and incompetent people ! We are adults, but when there were 10 youngsters sitting next to us at the table and smoking 1 hookah for all of us, we were a little in a *ue!
I understand that this review does not drop anything in their work! But at least with 4.3 grades, I will omit them, because this is very, very much for them !!!

3. Went to the bar, wanted to sit on a chair - they are busy, but they are free. This has already caused laughter. This is the first time I've heard that the bar is occupied. As a result, they sat down themselves and no one asked for the chairs
4. We ordered a seafood plate and cocktails, brought a plate and it started, the French fries are raw, the fish is fragrant, the squid is hard so much that .... But they can't make cocktails, the ice is over. Do you have no understanding on preparing for a work shift?
5. Someone broke a bottle of beer on the dance floor, people danced in the glass and beer for 30 minutes, until my wife told the guard, and he removed the glass and called the cleaner. As for me, the guards should make sure that they do not go out on the dance floor with broken objects and cigarettes, and the cleaners run and clean up.
6. The bartender does not follow the customers at all, shout, do not shout, do not wave, he will come when he finishes talking with his partner.

They just don't exist. I would not recommend going to this place. In my time, the 55 club was 100 times better. And that was about 15 years ago.

I do not advise you to visit this disgusting institution. I can't say that I noticed any advantages. After today's situation, I will never go back to rest there. Today, after asking for a book of complaints, the hostess did not respond to us in a satisfactory tone, and, unfortunately, this book of complaints was never brought to us. I also want to cancel the work of security, which is very slow to respond to, one might say, emergencies. As a result, I want to say that the work of the staff is simply TERRIBLE. I would strongly recommend changing all staff, especially security!!!!

I liked the atmosphere and the interior, the soft cozy sofas, the tables are arranged so that the dance floor does not interfere and there is enough distance between the tables themselves, live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
The room itself is large and spacious, ventilation is good, hookahs absolutely do not interfere with those who do not smoke them. The staff is polite and friendly, the order was waited for about 15 minutes.
But the food is not delicious, I did not like it. We ordered Caesar salad, one with shrimp, the other with chicken. Both are not tasty. It is impossible to eat with shrimps at all, since the shrimps themselves are either not fresh, or I do not know how they were cooked in such a way that they smell like a dirty kitchen rag. At least the chicken salad was edible, but it was kind of dry, the portions were small, everything was piled haphazardly on a plate. I didn't want to order and try anything else from their menu at all!
So if you just relax and smoke a hookah on a soft sofa, dance to live music, then it's quite normal. Well, if you also want to eat, then definitely not here.
