Today we visited this institution. We arrived in a good mood , ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and drinks. The soda was warm ( but they didn't find out about the temperature of the drink), when the dish was ready, the waiter came up with it and said: "Wouldn't you be very upset if the burger was with French fries instead of sweet potatoes?" Why couldn't the waiter have approached in advance and warned about the replacement of part of the dish? In that case, we would have chosen something else!! Because of this, the impression of the food and the establishment has deteriorated significantly! As a result, this problem was not solved in any way, and further service and payment were carried out by another waiter. Otherwise, there were no complaints, we hope that these comments will be taken into account , thereby significantly improving the level of service in your institution!
I would like to point out the unprofessional and incompetent staff of administrators.
On November 4, I called the institution to book a table for 6 people on New Year's Eve, I was signed up to the "wish list", promising to dial in mid-November to compile the menu, make an advance payment and fully voice the New Year's program.
On November 28, after an independent call, I found out that the "wish list" does not have a 100% table reservation, but that there are still 100,500 people in front of me and if there is room left, then we can celebrate the New Year in this institution.
What is the problem with voicing complete information to potential guests right away? Why am I confident of my location on New Year's Eve, and not looking for and considering other options? Probably because the administrators of this club are not trained to negotiate and explain how the booking takes place.
After reviewing the reviews, I dare say that I am not the first in the list of "dissatisfied"! You should allocate time and budget for employee training, so as not to lose visitors.
By the way, we didn't have enough space, which I found out on December 6, I think you understand that now neither I nor those people with whom we communicated as well as with me will spend the New Year at home and will not book places anywhere.
