We bought salted lard. They put two pieces for us. The smaller one is delicious with a soft skin, and the bigger one is the toughest piece of bacon I've ever seen. I tried to grind it into bacon - the meat grinder overheated. I'll cook it for the dog. For a small tasty piece, 2 stars are deserved, for a big hard one - minus 3 stars.
