I did not expect such an attitude from this store. But as always, everything is fine at first, then they put a "pig"!
07.10.24 we bought sausages, took some of the most expensive ones. They asked for 8 pieces. The seller handed over a packed bundle, which seemed too big for us. Recalculated, it turned out to be 11 pieces. They told the seller about it (she pretended like she didn't understand how it happened). We turned a blind eye to this and decided to keep 11 pcs.
But it didn't stop there... We had a snack at home, we didn't like the sausages and some scary ones turned out to look (as if they were the cheapest), although they took expensive and beautiful ones. The others started watching and now everything became clear to us... Of the 11 pieces, only 4 sausages were the ones that were paid for, the rest were of a different variety!
They paid for expensive and delicious ones, but they slipped cheap and tasteless ones!!! So they also crammed in more than they asked for! We are very disappointed, although we always take meat products there and that day we took not only sausages, but also a whole package of various meat. There are no complaints about the products, but there are complaints about the seller.

We went to the store to clarify this situation. That salesman wasn't on shift. Another seller denied it for a long time, but eventually admitted that the sausages were not the same, even the smell was different. They returned the money and said that the factory was allegedly to blame, that the sausages were from the same box.
