A small, "family" hotel, but quite cozy. The hotel staff is very friendly. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very decent breakfasts, there is a little bit of everything. The location of the hotel is not bad, not the center, but 15-20 minutes on foot to Republic Square or Cascade. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention the lack of an elevator and the difficulty in finding the location of the hotel. It's a quest to find a hotel even for taxi drivers, as the building is located in a courtyard and is enclosed by houses. In terms of price-quality ratio, it is a worthy place.

We stayed at the hotel in February. Very convenient location, quiet courtyard, center. I liked the room, it was spacious and cozy. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. For 7 nights, there were two changes of bed linen, hand towels were changed every day, bath towels were changed every other day. The breakfasts are not very varied, but dense, special thanks for the Armenian coffee. Pleasant staff, always help and prompt. If we are going to Yerevan again, it will be at the Hotel in May. We recommend it.

Super hotel! We are very satisfied! We've been choosing a place to stay for so long and we haven't made a single mistake. Not far from the center. Friendly and courteous staff, delicious and varied breakfasts, the rooms are clean and cozy. We rented a car and there was parking on site. The room rate is very adequate. A very decent hotel, I recommend it, the location is excellent, the city center is within walking distance, the Wi-Fi is fast, the rooms are very clean, the furniture is new, daily cleaning, the room has a refrigerator, TV, kettle, tea, coffee and water, shampoo, shower gel and soap, hairdryer, even a corkscrew was in the room. It's not a bad hotel. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. It is located close to the center, near famous sights, opera and ballet theater. There is a great shopping supermarket very close by. Located among residential buildings, it is quiet and quiet at night. During the night flight, a lunch box was prepared and handed over. We extended the room for a day without any problems due to the overnight departure. It might be a bit expensive. In general, I recommend it.

A great hotel in a quiet location, albeit in the center. Everything is relatively nearby. A large SAS store, Georgian and Armenian restaurants. There are good budget canteens a little further away. We walked around the center. The room was on the second floor. Clean. The breakfasts are certainly not like in Turkey, but everything is delicious, cheese, sausage, pita bread, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fritters, vegetable fritters, cottage cheese, etc. The staff is friendly. Everything was suggested. I recommend you to visit.

The service and reception were excellent. A cozy hotel in the center for a modest price. The breakfast was above all praise. In addition to the fact that it was prepared ahead of schedule at our request, the menu included unusual homemade dishes that are not served in every restaurant. You can emphasize the attention and courtesy of the staff. The cleanliness was excellent. A very comfortable bed and an exceptional set of linen.
The only drawback was the water pressure in the shower. Probably used to a little more. But not critical. You can wash well.

Not a bad hotel. Next to the subway, in the courtyards. The rooms are clean. A good breakfast. Good staff, try to solve all problems promptly. There are problems with folding sofas in some rooms. We are faced with this. The child had to sleep on a faulty sofa at night, but the next day we were moved to another room and made a discount for the inconvenience.
A big plus is that you can leave your luggage at the reception after checking out of the room and not carry it with you before departure.
I recommend it!

1. The hotel is located in the courtyard, surrounded by houses, so you can't hear cars, it's quiet.
2. The breakfasts are varied.
3. There is a SAS supermarket nearby, close to the center.
Cons:
1. Audibility is high. Depending on which room you will stay in, you can hear what the neighbor is doing behind the wall.
2. The location of the hotel to call a taxi. Most likely, you will have to go out to the road with heavy things, order a car from there (the driver will not find a hotel).
3. The hotel is small, the room with a double bed is small in size.

Excellent value for money. The location is convenient, 5-10 minutes walk to the Opera House or the Republic Square. Near SAS, currency exchange, pharmacy, ATM VTB. Bed linen and towels are clean and changed regularly. The hair dryer is powerful, the plumbing all worked, the shower is excellent. The breakfasts are varied, delicious, coffee can be brewed. Lots of fruits. Check-in was later, therefore, we did not immediately orient ourselves: by taxi, check-in through the arch or to the barrier, although the signs are visible during the day, not very much at night. The hotel is located inside a courtyard of five-storey buildings, so it is not visible from the street. But it is unrealistically quiet and comfortable to sleep. There is a volleyball court under the windows, but the noise stops after 20. I recommend it to everyone. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They clean the rooms carefully, cook delicious and varied dishes and help with everything. There is a storage room if you leave late.

Positive:
- In the center, we got to all places on foot, it's better than standing in terrible traffic jams
- We changed towels every day, did the cleaning
- There is a hairdryer, slippers, tea and coffee, cups, kettle
- Polite and pleasant staff
- Good breakfasts, they offer to make black coffee for you
- There is an agreement with the cafe, you can order food in the room until 22:00
Minuses:
- The room is already beaten by life, but on the whole it is quite pleasant
- If you live on the 1st floor, it will be a passageway from the time breakfast starts: people walk past the room either going down for breakfast (room on the 1st floor), or going up to their room
Perhaps living on the 2nd floor is more comfortable
- If you come to breakfast late, most likely the food will already be cold
- There should have been 1 double bed, as a result, 2 single beds were moved, the joint of the beds is not very comfortable
- Toilet paper, gel and shampoo were not replenished, but they were given out on request
The hotel itself is small, located in the courtyards.
If you are ready to put up with the disadvantages, then the hotel is excellent. Not bad for your money.

I have been to several hotels in Yerevan and I will continue to stay here. The center is 10-15 minutes on foot, convenient. The hotel is located in a cozy green courtyard. Wifi is super working!There is a SAS supermarket nearby.
The hotel is of a very good level, there were bottles of water in the room upon arrival, clean, excellent bed linen, pillows were very suitable for me here (even in more expensive hotels I often suffer from uncomfortable pillows, but here there is a choice of pillows and one of them turned out to be ideal for me).
Nice shower, towels and bathroom in general. I liked the breakfasts - they are hearty, different dishes are added every day (I stayed at the hotel for a week), including local dishes you can try. The breakfasts are served by a charming chef, who treats everyone cordially as his guest. And I would like to separately note the hotel staff - polite and kind attitude, attentive, comfortable in such an atmosphere. The taxi driver needs to be told to drive into the courtyard through the arch, there is a sign from the street, but I did not immediately notice it.

The hotel is good, the room is clean, spacious enough, good mattress and pillows, the bed linen is brand new, the bathroom has everything you need, including shower gel and shampoo. They give out slippers, which is also a nice bonus. Breakfast is quite varied, porridge without milk was cooked for my baby at the request. Everything was fine. I didn't like it, just the location. The hotel is located in the courtyard under the barriers and it was very inconvenient to climb with a wheelchair. The taxi driver helped me well.

It is very easy to get from the airport by minibus 201 to the final 300 AMD or 80 r, and Yandex works by taxi, since we were in no hurry, we took the minibus to the final one, back to the port from the same stop. There is a supermarket nearby where you can change money on the 2nd floor, 300 meters from the hotel.The hotel itself is small, but very cozy.Since it was cool at night and we lived on the 1st floor, the air conditioner was constantly on. The location is the best, accessible walking location to many places in the city center. The rooms are not bad, but there was a feeling that the cleaning was not of high quality. Breakfasts are a separate topic, although not a big one, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Everything is very decent and thanks to the chefs, you can also ask to brew Armenian coffee. We liked everything, so if we are in Armenia, we will definitely book this hotel.

The staff is simply unreal: responsive, caring and very cultured!! 😇😇Not only was I checked in much earlier than the promised time, but breakfast was also offered on the day of arrival, although this is not provided for by the hotel concept!! And there was one more moment when I got a little lost in time ( it's too good here) and went down for breakfast later than 11 - so they fed me anyway !! In general, the hotel is very cozy, with excellent service and location!!

A cozy little hotel in the city center, located in the courtyard and therefore a complete feeling that you are outside the city, very quiet and at the same time all the sights are within walking distance. The attitude of the staff is wonderful, they are ready to help in everything. Excellent breakfasts - very tasty, varied and absolutely homemade. There are two excellent restaurants nearby - Genatsvali (2 min walk) and Yerevan Tavern (7 min walk), price +quality, excellent homemade wine. If we come to Yerevan again, we will definitely stay here!

The rooms are quite spacious, but the hotel itself is certainly "tired". The advantage is that it is located on the edge of the center of the city, i.e. it combines the best qualities: quiet and close to the center. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. If you are traveling by car, please note that the check-in is from Nalbandian Street. The navigator sometimes offers other options. As soon as you get to the barrier, call / write to the hotel to open it.

First of all, many thanks to the employee of cafe Tsaryk - everything is very tasty, she is so attentive and kind! We lived in their apartments, we came to the hotel only for breakfast, we were kindly served outside in the courtyard. The location of the apartments (34 Abovyan Street) is excellent, as is the hotel - you are in the center. Comfortable, clean, everything is there (hair dryer, iron, blackboard, TV, dishes, etc.) near the sas supermarket 24 hours. I'm shooting a star just because there is no limit to perfection :) the apartments need to be updated a little and apparently this is in the plans, because there were construction bags downstairs and because there is only a mirror in the bathroom - there are 4 of us women, we had to look at the TV turned off when drying our hair :) In general, we only slept in the room and Armenia is not the place where you pay attention to a little loose plaster in a couple of places! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness!

We took one night at the hotel to wait for the flight home. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the lovely breakfast.
The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard, but it didn't bother much. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the room, a high-quality shower cabin (without mold, without complaints of materials, etc.).

A normal hotel. The address is a little inaccurate, but otherwise there are no complaints. The price is reasonable, the room is clean, there were no problems in the process.
The only negative is that the safe was buggy in the room, but the receptionist took out my laptop at my first request, so it didn't become a problem.
