Nice hotel stayed with my daughter. The staff is polite. The hotel is cozy, comfortable and most importantly quiet. If I go to Almaty, I will definitely stop back there.

There are no windows. There is not enough air . You cannot eat in the rooms. The fine is 10,000. The staff doesn't give a damn about the guests. Clear. Shower class. TV. A comfortable described bed. A great place for a deathly tired person to get enough sleep. It's as quiet as the grave.

The location of the hostel is convenient. All necessary places (shops, pharmacies, clinics) are within walking distance. There is a Dostyk Plaza shopping center nearby. The hostel itself has a price =quality ratio. Inside there is ventilation in all rooms and rooms. There are separate women's and men's halls, as well as common ones (male and female together). There are from 6 to 12 beds in one room, depending on the rate you choose. The beds in the room are wide for one person, very comfortable, soft. There is a hairdryer in the shower. There is a laundry room. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils (plates, forks, knives), gas, electric kettles, microwave, refrigerators, cabinets, even a coffee maker (it is paid, paid via Caspi qr). I'm happy with everything.

Spacious common area, cozy, clean. The lockers are big, but not enough. The sleeping place is not the most comfortable, not the most comfortable. The staff is polite. Cafes and canteens are close by, as well as a large shopping center.
It's a great option, I would recommend it. It suited my goals perfectly

Normal hostl. In downtown. The US Embassy is nearby. . I took off the star only because the price is not one of the cheapest. But everything is clean enough. Large clean dining room. Well, the main thing is that you probably expect no cockroaches and bedbugs!

Honestly, I didn't like it. A few days before the upcoming trip, I decided to book a hotel, unfortunately my favorite KazakHfilm was all busy and I had to look for alternative solutions. On Bukeng, I found a Hostel with a single room, which seemed to me completely decent, and to the joy of prepayment, which was great, because I was going on a business trip and not to bother with a payment document to get everything online. The payment was made from the Visa card. The price of 20,000 tenge was annoying, for example, a room in KazakHfilm costs from 11000-14000 tenge, but there were few hotels for prepayment, and I arrived at night and the possibility of exchanging money at favorable rates disappeared. The plane from Moscow was delayed for 4 hours and the arrival took place at night. At 00:00 I was at the hostel, from the airport by taxi 30 minutes for 1730 tenge. The reservation was confirmed at the reception, BUT the prepayment did not pass, in fact IT does not exist from the word at all, although this cherished word is written on the website in black and white. I had 7000 tenge out of cash, but for that kind of money I didn't even have a free bed. The girl said that even the booking can confirm that there is no prepayment (I received a notification about the cancellation of the card operation only the next day after arrival). I was lucky that I had a Caspian card with me and an hour later they sent me the amount to pay for the room, otherwise I would have spent the night at the airport. The room is small and cold, there is no window at all, it is very difficult to navigate in time since in Kazakhstan it is + 3 o'clock by Moscow time. The bathroom is clean, but there is no bathtub, there is a shower (not even a cabin), there are no rubber slippers, who is afraid of nail fungus, I sympathize, I laid a towel. There are disposable slippers, two bathrobes, the size of a 14-year-old teenager somewhere. toothpaste, brush, shampoo, gel and soap. There is a double bed in the room, clean linen, stained blankets. The TV does not work, the channels are not paid, Wi-Fi is basically the same. There is no wall lamp, there is a common light for two modes. There is no heating pipe in the bathroom (socks did not dry overnight). You can't get hot water or tea at one o'clock in the morning, it's not possible to buy food at the hostel, there are no convenience stores nearby, breakfast is not included in the price. Although for that kind of money they could offer a sandwich with tea. In general, the general opinion:I didn't like it.

We lived for a week in a 2-bed room, the premises are well renovated and modern in design. The kitchen is spacious, it is a place to work and eat. Everything is clean, cleaning every day. The administrators are friendly. It is located in the city center next to the large Dostyk shopping center. The price for accommodation is not too high. I recommend.

Hello, I was in this hostel from 09/27/22 to 30.09.22.The hostel is very decent!Pleasant atmosphere inside.The staff is very polite.Cleanliness and comfort in the rooms.I really liked it!I recommend this hostel to everyone!However, as far as I know, it is necessary to book places in this hostel long before arrival, because there are often no free places there.I even left some things there, apparently I will come to Almaty again!)))
