For two years it was my favorite place. I used to come here for breakfast with my mom, invite my friends to dinner, celebrate birthdays. In the summer, my friend, inspired by my stories, also chose this place for a holiday. Despite the fact that I live in another city, each of my visits to Kostanay was accompanied by trips to this institution. Unfortunately, the level of service is getting worse every time.
On one of my recent visits, I asked the girl at the entrance about the availability of seats on the second floor, but they just ignored me! Well, today I came to lunch with a friend, and the situation was disappointing again. No one greeted us at the entrance, and no one said goodbye at the exit. These are the basic standards of service, and their absence immediately sets up a negative mood.
We asked the waiter to serve the dishes at the same time. However, our request was ignored: first, a friend's dish was brought, and I waited another 10-15 minutes for mine. The pasta I ordered was too salty, and the minced meat had an unpleasant burnt taste. I couldn't even finish eating. I wanted to turn to the waiter to ask him to re-prepare the dish, but he just didn't fit. The music was playing so loud that we could barely talk!
However, what angers me most is the waiters' approach to service. After the order was accepted and delivered, the waiter simply disappeared. If I wanted to order something extra, I had to approach it myself. It was almost impossible to wait for the bill, although we were in a hurry. The waiter was either chatting at the counter or at the Christmas tree. As a result, after 20 minutes of our futile attempts to signal, I had to get up to look for another waiter and ask him to bring the bill!
And this is despite the fact that there were about 9 occupied tables in the hall, and there were 5-6 waiters on the floor. And an ILLEGAL SERVICE FEE is also charged for such maintenance. How can I charge it if the service leaves much to be desired?
This place was once my favorite, but now I can no longer recommend it!

I consider this place to be the best cafe in our city: beautiful interior, pleasant waiters, well-chosen music, good menu, excellent prices for high-quality food. Among the disadvantages: the music playing too loudly, because of which you can not hear yourself, the lack of a waiter call button (you have to look for your waiter and walk around the halls to attract his attention).

One of the few places in Kostanay where you can have a delicious meal, while working quietly on a laptop, since the institution has wifi and the speed is acceptable. The staff is friendly and courteous.

The best burgers and cheeseburgers in town! The service is not bad (for 4), but the waiters get tired of standing on their feet all day. It is not a fact that one will accept the order, but another will come up in the process and you will be surprised to find out that the previous one has "finished the shift" on you, which means there is a problem in administration, which in the end will lead to a deterioration in the quality of service.

We came with a friend on December 30th and were unpleasantly surprised. Half of the menu was missing, the waiter clarified every position, and no one from the waiters approached us for a long time. There was a feeling that none of the staff was interested in us. It's very sad, because it was pretty good there. I think the administration of the institution should reconsider its approach to visitors, otherwise people who appreciate comfort and delicious food will stop coming here.

The interior inside is excellent, original. (I don't know where they borrowed it , but it looks very good) . Dishes :,excellent serving, delicious ,harmonious. The waiters are great, they know their subject top five. We were sitting on the veranda at the top, the atmosphere is relaxing, smoking a hookah). It's a pity it works until 12))

We were with the family on Thursday. We got an absolutely charming waiter with cute glasses, mega polite, caring and at the same time unobtrusive. Unfortunately, I didn't remember his name. The order arrived quickly. We were satisfied with all the dishes, we really liked the crispy salad with chicken!!! The portions are miniature. And of course desserts: napoleon, tiramisu, chocolate, roll... Fresh, moderately sweet! And I was very pleased with the carnation on the table.

I love My Flow, and the food is delicious and the atmosphere. The first thing I did when I arrived in the city was go there. The staff is polite, I like the summer man insanely. This is a special kind of art. I thank the owners for their love of their work. The waiting time is minimal, even if there are a lot of people. Cappuccino is delicious, I take it everywhere.

And to be more precise, the burger with mushrooms is passable, the Bolognese is just like an inept housewife's boiled spaghetti with minced meat is terrible. The choice of alcoholic drinks is average, I was surprised that they can't cook elementary Long Island, it doesn't even fit in my head. There could be more beer choices. The waiter is a girl with short dark hair, very weak and slow, she couldn't explain anything about cocktails, as a result they brought me some alcohol at the bottom and a huge piece of ice, I waited all evening for it to melt at least a little and there was more drink. Bottom line: change the cook and the bartender, you won't get far on the comfort and interior

I went in for breakfast, the girl at the reception said that I could sit on any floor. I went up to the second floor, the waiter said that breakfast is available only on the ground floor.
I ordered porridge (super!) and scrambled eggs (slightly burnt).
Chairs with a semicircular back on the second floor are extremely uncomfortable; tables on the first floor with a wide counter also do not allow you to comfortably place your feet.

The place is beautiful) I am from St. Petersburg myself and I have something to compare it with, so I will note some BUT. The guy ordered a machete and didn't ask for roasting, didn't even ask how you like the dish. We waited a very long time for the waiter to ask for the bill (on the 2nd floor), paid in cash and brought just a check, the money was given to the waiter, which is not very pleasant. And in general, when you call My Flow, they won't even say goodbye to you in the end. The dishes are delicious, the concept is cool, the menu is good, but the service is so-so. I don't want to leave a tip :/
