It is a very beautiful, historical place.. Chokan Valikhanov (1835-1865) spent his childhood and youth in the estate, he came here on vacation from the Omsk Cadet Corps, lived in 1862-1864. The estate played an important role in spreading educational ideas and culture in the Kazakh steppe.
