It is suitable only for those who really love modern art, appreciate it and understand it. I couldn't get away with the word "completely". The building is clean, the navigation is very clear, but the expositions are for the amateur
I'm not a fan of modern art, but I won't deny that you can find something in it that you understand, at least just curious. The building of the Museum of Modern Art built in 1990 stands like a gray hulk on the Promenade des Arts (Promenade des Arts). At first, I liked the courtyard of the museum, with through passages below, huge rainbow stained glass windows and transparent passages between the four towers. You can always see attractive features in modern architecture, but it cannot repeat the patterns of the past. There were also exhibits that seemed interesting to me. Views of the city from transparent passages are a wonderful architectural solution, as well as observation decks in the form of roof terraces.
