The museum is good! Modern, interactive and informative. Both adults and young people 18+ will like it. In my opinion, excursions to manufacturing enterprises, and even with their own museum, and if the enterprise is also high-tech and automated, the most interesting. Here you will be told everything about the foamy drink, about the process of its preparation and the art of drinking, they will clearly show a huge number of varieties from light ale to heavy viscous stout, they will give life hacks with which dish which variety is better combined, and in which glass it is better to serve in order to get maximum taste and pleasure from the drink. I couldn't even think that there are so many varieties of this drink and each uses its own unique glass shape to make the drink open to the maximum. And, perhaps, a little tasting awaits you at the end.
Thank you for the very idea of opening a museum!
+ Everything is very atmospheric, intense, informative.
+ I learned a lot of new and interesting things on the tour.
+Cinema room (even burst into tears)
+Tasting bar
It is a pity that it is impossible to get into the workshop on the bottling line, I would really like to see this process live, and not through the window.
Otherwise, everything is fine!
I am proud of the history of my city and the people who help the world learn about our culture and achievements!
Visiting this museum left behind the most pleasant impressions. In my opinion, this is a pretty successful project of JSC Lida Beer. One of the oldest buildings on the territory of the enterprise is equipped for a museum. On the way from the checkpoint to the Beer Street, the guide briefly introduces the enterprise, shows and tells about the features of production, the location and purpose of facilities and equipment. They are naturally not allowed directly into production (in workshops, on the line, etc.), but some of the processes could be partially seen through open windows.. The museum itself has been in existence for about two years and has a solid exposition. During the tour, you can learn interesting features and facts about the production of beer and soft drinks, see, touch and smell the ingredients for their production, inspect various types of dishes, glassware and labels used and used for bottling beer and drinks, play themed interactive games on special tablets, unravel the specific smells of both high-quality and and low-quality drinks, watch a short film about the history of the creation of brewing production in Lida and how the company lives these days.. I really remember the tasting in a specially equipped hall on the top floor of the museum.. A beautiful interior, a photo zone with a photo board installed in it and other interesting things.. Those who cannot or do not want to drink beer will be offered a choice of kvass, soft drink, or non-alcoholic beer. During the tasting, bottled beer is offered (4 types in glasses of 0.1 liters each), which can be purchased at retail facilities - of course, I would like to taste freshly brewed and unpasteurized, but this, unfortunately, is not practiced.. Despite everything, the tour is worth the money (30 BYN per person) and the museum can definitely be recommended for those who are interested in this topic..
I really enjoyed the tour! We learned a lot of new things, it turns out that we have been drinking beer incorrectly and not tasty for 20 years))) On the tour, it was interesting to tell how to pour, drink, which beer corresponds to the shape of the glass, and much more... It turns out that beer is like an orgasm, if you are not in the mood it will not be delicious))))
There is a restaurant at the factory where it is tasty and budget-friendly))) In general, we recommend you to visit! The only drawback is the lack of a branded store at the factory, where you can buy products in large quantities and packed in a box!
I really liked the museum. Everything is organized at the highest level, beautiful, informative and interesting. The guy worked as a guide for 150 percent: he talked interestingly, answered all questions, it is clear that he knows the history of the plant and the production process well from the inside, he is rooting for his business. The tasting was also very pleasant. I recommend you to visit!
Great tour! The guide, a young man, top, very beautifully explained the history of the brewery and the technology of preparing various beers 🍺
I never thought that an excursion could be so exciting and interesting!
Special thanks for the opportunity to taste several beers and for the skills of proper serving)
You can also buy souvenirs and merch in the museum, which we did)
We definitely recommend this place!!!
A very interesting tour, everything is sincere, thought out, 2 hours flew by unnoticed, I definitely recommend it! It is better to buy tickets in advance, there are many people who want to. And book a table in the restaurant for the time after the tour in advance too. Kitchen 🔥🔥🔥🔥 beer 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
A place worthy of a point in the journey!
It 's a beautiful place. We booked it a month in advance . They paid with the Mir Alpha card . Everything went great. We are from St. Petersburg and have been to many places, but this museum just amazed us. We did not regret that we made a stop in this wonderful city ! There is a good restaurant nearby , like a dining room during the day . The prices are ridiculous , of course , there is only one thing , they took fish soup - broth and potatoes , the fish is gone ) but this has nothing to do with the museum! And so a mandatory visit!
The $10 tasting tour is worth it. There are several well-equipped halls: somewhere you can take an interactive quiz on the display and get a prize, somewhere you can try different types of malt (I recommend caramel), somewhere you can amuse your sense of smell and smell what flavors a good fresh beer should smell and which ones should not, and also find out what snacks should be choose for different beers. An interesting story from the guide. And 'at the end' - tasting of several beers, and dark beer mixed with chocolate. Gourmet delight 👍
A good museum, guided tour, history and tasting. I was particularly surprised and pleased with the definition and explanation of the quality and type of beer by smell. It is a pity that now they do not lead tours of the production itself and there is no opportunity to taste the beer that has just come off the assembly line. Also, only 4 varieties are presented for tasting. All this is due to time constraints and security. You can try different varieties in the restaurant from the factory in the next building. There is something to strive for.
We visited the Lida Brovar Museum, which is very modern and interactive. Veronica led the tour, I liked the presentation of the material: informative, humorous, you can see how she is in love with her work as a guide))) Knows interesting facts, myths, poems about beer 😁
I liked the tour. And the factory too. Surprisingly, only 300 employees of the plant ensure the production and sale of the same Lida kvass throughout Russia and in part of Europe. The main secret of both beer and kvass is the special Lida water. No matter how much the kettle boils, no scale is formed. The museum is atmospheric. The exhibits were selected with great love and care. But I didn't really like the beer of five varieties offered at the end of the tasting tour. Maybe not an amateur. But kvass is on top. Moreover, it is the same kvass that is bottled at the factory, and then bought in a PET bottle in a store. Tasty.
A must-visit in Lida! At the time of the visit (May 2024), the duration of the tour was 2 hours, so they flew by almost instantly) The route and content were well thought out, all in one breath, however, even this time was not enough to calmly assimilate all the information being conveyed - from hall to hall somehow quickly, you don't have time for everything consider, smell, try)) it is better to buy tickets in advance on the website if possible-the place is popular, since there is nothing much to see besides it and the castle. If the ticket price seems expensive to you, believe me, it's worth it!
It's a very curious place. Visiting the beer museum, you can taste your own beverage production, product line, and purchase high-quality and cool merch. Good guides and a pleasant team.
An interesting tour, the price is a little too high and there is not enough demonstration of real production. The tour takes place in the building where the founder of Pupko started his brewing business. There are a lot of old exhibits and interactive elements, at the end there is a tasting, they give you a taste of both classics and new varieties. In general, it was interesting.
We visited the museum in the travel complex in Lida. The museum is new and modern. The story is interesting. You can learn a lot of new things. I think little children have nothing to do there. At the end of the tour, a high-quality tasting of 4 beers with snacks is held. I probably didn't have the opportunity to visit the production itself.
It was just wonderful!!! But there is one drawback, they did not take you to real production. I understand that everything is sterile there, beer is bottled without oxygen access and so on, but!!!!!!! I would like to see how it is prepared, and in general the whole process of making beer that I buy in the store. This is a minus, but I will not lower the rating, since I understand all the difficulties of leading a tour of the real production
A very interesting tour! Informative. The guides are funny guys with a pleasant and delivered speech, a subtle sense of humor.
A restaurant with a beautiful interior and responsive staff.
The amazing tour guide Egor won the attention of the whole group from the very first minutes. The incredible number of jokes and funny sayings in the subject struck me)
The museum is very interesting, the tasting is decent.
It is interesting to visit. The museum is modern with an interesting presentation of material, a lot of different information about the plant itself, about beer, varieties, types, etc. In general, it is interesting. Tasting for an amateur, of course, but everything is very decent.
For general development, it is worth visiting.
We were on an excursion to this brewery. I have something to compare it with, so I'll say that it's pretty weak here. The excursions are huge (divided into 2 groups of 25 people each), they only take you around the museum, they will not show you the production, referring to sanitary rules. At another factory (I will not name it, so as not to advertise), we were given bathrobes, shoe covers and hats to walk around the territory and show the process. Of course, the number of people there was less in the group. The company itself has not been Belarusian for a long time, only a couple of percent of shares remain. The tasting was crumpled and fast - because of the large number of people (they were reunited in the common room - about 50 people), it was not audible what the guide was saying about this or that type of beer. Those who do not drink are given soda or kvass. This also takes up tasting time - while people are determining who will drink what in the end and while they will be poured. At the end of the tour, they wanted to try on a T-shirt, it turned out that what is presented on the showcase is available, there are no other sizes anywhere. At least that's what they explained to us. Overall, the impression is ambiguous. I bought tickets in advance on the website, paid with a mir card, there were no problems.
The tour is interesting, two hours flew by unnoticed. Tasting four beers on a hot day was very pleasant.😁 Do not look at the production, only video reviews. But the historical part was very detailed. I recommend.
A very interesting tour that opens up the subtleties of beer production for beer lovers. In the historic building where the history of the Lida Brewery began, you will be shown unique exhibits preserved since the 19th century. There is a tasting of products produced by the plant. In general, it is very interesting
A great museum, an interesting tour. The museum occupies 4 floors in a historic building. Beer or kvass tasting is also included in the price of the tour. Everything can be photographed. Now about the difficulties I had to face. You can get to the museum only by buying a ticket on the website. But you cannot pay with a Russian card. You need to buy a ticket a lot in advance, especially on weekends. Thanks to the employee who held two tickets for me so that I could pay for them upon arrival in Minsk, otherwise I would not have been able to get to the museum in any way. We were on Saturday and we had a very big group - very! It was even divided into two parts, which followed each other with two guides. It was really cramped in the museum. I would like the groups to be smaller so that you can calmly look at everything. Yes, and it would be nice if, besides the museum, at least a piece of the production was shown. I was at the beer factory in Samara - the whole tour takes place there in production, but there is no such wonderful museum as yours. In general, I liked the tour, but I take off one star for the organization.
I liked the museum. The story is presented in sufficient volume. The guide's story is complemented by interesting stands and showcases. I didn't like the tasting. The tasting process is also an art. We had it fast - poured, added.... Everything.... The presenter spent with excessive eyebrows, it was like "let's hurry up." This is a personal opinion (please take into account).
The tour was very interesting) we joked, tried, learned the story)
I did not brew my own beer, although they told me the recipe) Very polite and pleasant staff) I was also pleased with the recommendation on T-shirt care, but this is already the story of the souvenir shop at the factory)
I liked the tour. The guy started the tour, and the woman continued. The guy is more interesting to tell (but this is my subjective opinion).
Be prepared that you will not see the production itself, you can only take pictures inside the museum.
I have experience of tours around Belarus with tastings. So here it is really scarce. For 5 people, 4 bottles of beer of 0.5 each. Taking into account cups of 100 ml and foam that formed when poured... I couldn't really try anything ...))
In general, it's not bad and can be recommended to visit as part of some kind of tour. trips. If you go to Lida specifically for this, then no ...
there is a good selection of souvenirs in the lobby. You can't buy beer with you, but there is a cafe nearby where those who wish can organize their leisure time on their own.
The tour is clear, informative, the caramel malt is delicious. The guide is handsome, it's nice to listen. It is better to book a little in advance, a lot of people may come.
It's an amazing place. In the spirit of the best European museums. Very beautiful. Antiquity with modernity. Great! There were January holidays after, there were no people at all. My wife and I are alone, an individual tour turned out. Great guide, interesting story, amazing beer. We told all our friends. We will definitely come back from Rostov-on-Don.
Definitely ready to visit!!! An interesting tour, special thanks to the guide Andrey!!!
It is very informative, the museum itself is very modern. Money and time have not been wasted. The ticket price pays off in full.
A large selection of high-quality souvenirs, especially for guests of the country!
The most excellent museum! Everything is thought out, beautifully designed, the guide tells a very interesting story, with jokes, interesting facts. At the end of the tasting) very tasty and interesting!
I recommend it to everyone for a visit, an informative, interesting tour, 2 hours flew by unnoticed. The witty and intelligent guide Egor captivated everyone with the story of the brewery.
An interesting tour about the history of brewing in Lida. The guide talks with enthusiasm and readily answers questions. Interactive exhibits allow you to get acquainted with the blend and problems in the production of beer. Tasting at the end as a pleasant bonus, you can choose from beer or kvass of your own production.
I really liked the tour, a lot of useful information and a lot of interactivity, and they give me malt to try, and play games with the possibility of winning a personal beer label, and smell different smells of beer, well, at the end an excellent beer tasting with snacks, very interesting and informative. Well done!
We were on an excursion on 05/12/24, which we came from St. Petersburg, because we have long dreamed about it. We were completely delighted with both the exposition itself and the tour leader Sergey! We love porters and strong dark beer, the Leeds Porter is special in this row! We have been to the Czech Republic, Germany (including Oktoberfest) and Belgium many times, drank local beer and have something to compare it with. Leeds Porter is a great beer, and many thanks for it!!! Thanks and wishes of prosperity to the factory and the museum!!! Alla and Stas Nikolaenko
The best tour of my life. I've never been a beer connoisseur, but after the tour I fell in love. Now there is always Lida beer in the fridge. I am your ambassador) I definitely recommend visiting the museum.
I don't drink beer. At all. The idea of an excursion to the brewery seemed wild. In real life, everything turned out to be cool. Even beer can be made interesting)) Probably, to a large extent, thanks to the guide Vera, this impression remained. Respect!
I definitely recommend you to visit! It is very interesting to hear about the history of the plant, as well as the production process. The museum itself is above all praise. It's great to have the opportunity to get there!
We visited the museum, learned a lot of interesting things about the production, owners, beers, as well as other drinks produced earlier and now at the Lida factory. The tasting and photo shoot are worthy of special praise.
Very interesting!
I learned the history of brewing in Belarus.
The fascinating story of the guide did not leave anyone in our group indifferent.
A tasting of chilled beer was an excellent end to the tour.
An excellent museum, a great guide Egor, interesting expositions, interactive panels. The tour takes place in one go, lasts 1.5 hours plus half an hour tasting of 4 beers, they tell you how to pour, drink, and the characteristics of the varieties. The plant also produces lemonades, kvass, and craft beer. I recommend it categorically to everyone, you will have great pleasure.
It's a great place. A good tour. A competent, cheerful guide. The tasting would be wider... Adding a couple more varieties... But in general, everything is on the level!
A very interesting tasting tour. There is a lot of information about beer, but little about production. It is also impossible to look at the production, but the guide is excellent, answers all questions. You can print a personalized label.
Great tour, I really liked everything, the history of the brewery. Beer street. Tasting. The guides are well versed in beer. I recommend it to everyone.
The museum is interesting in its own way. I've been to the factory twice. For the first time with a tour of the factory itself, the impressions are not forgotten, because you do not see the production process every day, even from the outside. The second time we were in the museum, of course, not the same impressions, but it was very interesting and informative. Tasting beer or kvass, with a story about the intricacies of filling a glass and what is better to drink a certain type of beer with, will open up new facts for many.
We went there with our friends. It is definitely worth visiting and spending money. They told about the history of brewing, tasted various beers and learned about the history of the brewery. You could also win a sticker for playing there. It is very interesting and very beautiful. The staff is polite, the guides are positive.
Everything was told and shown so interestingly and competently, and at the end there was also a very cool foam tasting!! Just 10/10, we will definitely come again!!!
I was in the museum as part of a group and overall an interesting tour. The impression said a little that two fairly numerous groups were launched at the same time and people interfered with each other... After the tour, we bought souvenirs and wanted to buy other products of the factory, but their store, like a branded one, gave the impression of a run-down trading tent on the market, both in terms of assortment and interior...
An excellent museum, an interactive tour, very interesting. Special thanks to the instructor Andrey. The tasting is top class. Those who do not drink alcohol are offered kvass and other soft drinks. Souvenirs can be purchased at the exit.
The disadvantage is that you need to book an excursion in advance on the spot, you can't pay and buy it only through the Erip as a result, you lost a lot of time and nerves and missed your turn. At the entrance to the museum, a girl meets who doesn't really know anything. He says to answer all questions, wait for the guide, non will show you everything. the bottling of the peak during the tasting is carried out and there are apparently not enough workers for bottles and tin cans by the guide himself. Although the best beer tastes like ordinary cask beer, there was none here. Not a high level of service, as well as in all small cities of Belarus, is not pleasant to me as a resident of the capital.
