The museum consists of two parts: the first is the museum of traditional Korean art. The second is the Museum of Modern World Art. The first one made a very favorable impression on me. Interesting exhibits, interesting from the point of view of the interior of the room. The second part – as is usually the case with modern art – is the removal of the brain. The composition that I have seen has little to do with art. Balloons in the form of colorful fish, inflated with light gas and flying around the room – is this art? Or is the sawdust that falls from the ceiling onto a self–playing piano art? Well, it's clear that this is such a way to surprise the viewer, but I don't really like it. So I would give the first part of the exposition five stars, and the second one zero. Average three 😂
An interesting place, there are both classic halls with historical exhibits and spaces with modern exhibits. The staff are very friendly. At the entrance, they asked about some kind of electronic registration, when they heard that I was from Russia, they gave me tickets to all the halls for free =)
There is a basic exposition of historical artifacts of Korea. It's free. Exhibitions are held - it is better to buy tickets online. Or you can not get on the move
