We didn't really share the enthusiasm expressed in the reviews. The price per visit is quite high (20 GEL/adult), the exhibits seem to be interesting too. But only one floor. It is enough for only 1 hour, even with the condition of a sufficiently attentive viewing. There is no Russian language, it is difficult to translate from English even with an average level because of the vocabulary. Often, to read the signs, you need to bend over or sit down. In addition to several types of weapons, arrowheads and crosses with icons, I wanted to learn more about the region itself: its history, about the Svan towers, people, and Revenge in the end, but there is nothing there. Just a set of different beautiful exhibits. I think that for this money there is too little and somehow presented
A very good museum. Convenient location. Excellent exposure. A large number of ancient icons. Interesting household items and decorations of the ancient inhabitants. A variety of weapons items. It was very interesting to see old books and religious objects. I highly recommend you to visit.
