A gorgeous palace, with a luxurious garden around. The interiors that remember Ataturk have been preserved. Very beautiful interior decoration, ceramics, murals. The ticket also includes a visit to the harem. Photos are not allowed in the palace itself. At the entrance to the museums, even before checking tickets, you can take an audio guide for free, leaving a document or money (1000 liras) as a deposit. A guide is very necessary, there are few signs and descriptions, without it little is clear. There is a cafe in the garden, we were not very impressed with the choice of dishes, we did not eat anything.

An incredibly beautiful place! We visited the palace with an excursion - it is very beautiful, there are many rooms, you will get tired of walking. I definitely recommend you to visit. Outside there is a large garden and a very beautiful area. Everything is well maintained, there are several cafes where you can drink coffee and have a good meal. My favorite place in Istanbul.

The Dolmabahci Museum was the residence of the Turkish padishahs. Therefore, it is richly decorated, has many functional rooms, starting from the padishah's bedroom and ending with the harem. The museum is open from 9 am and, as a rule, there is a queue for entrance tickets until 10
a small one. The next step is to get a free audio guide. To do this, you need to leave your passport secured. This is an important point to consider before going to the museum. I will immediately note that there is nothing to do there without an audio guide, because all the details of the interior are connected either with history or with traditions. And just to "take a look" is to watch a silent movie without credits. A few years ago, the museum was visited by tourists with a guide in groups. Now routes have been laid, limited by fences, inside which 1-2 people can pass one after another. You won't be able to turn off the route, and you won't be able to stay for a long time either. It is strictly forbidden to take photos - security guards are watching this. The entire route takes about 1.5 hours to complete. You also need to be prepared for this - there is nowhere to sit down, you must take water. The palace has a very beautiful territory with access to the bay. There is a nice cafe on the territory, there are toilets. If you have watched the TV series "The Magnificent Century", then you will learn many of the interiors of the palace by walking through the halls - after all, many episodes were filmed here. Dolmabahci, in my opinion, is the No. 1 object when visiting Istanbul to understand the lifestyle and traditions of the Turkish rulers.

I recommend you to visit. For 650 lire (by the way, the cost is just to climb the Galata Tower), access to the palace, the sultan's palace, the harem, the art gallery is available. An audio guide is issued free of charge in different languages, there is also Russian (on bail, we left Russian rights). You can't take pictures inside the palace, but many have violated this rule. Wonderful historical heritage

Красивый дворец в европейском стиле, шикарные мебель, люстры и интерьеры, но старый дворец - интереснее, более калоритен. Запрещено фотографировать внутри. Но сходить разок стоит, хоть и дорого

Потрясающе красивый дворцовый комплекс. Есть бесплатный аудиогид на русском языке (его получают ДО основа входа, надо оставить под залог либо документ, либо 100 долларов)
Спм дворец и гарем потрясающие! Интерьер, детали - сплошная роскошь!
И ворота с видом на Босфор - отдельная любовь
На территории ест кафе, где можно относительно недорого выпить кофе с пироженком.

Стоящее место, куда действительно стоит сходить, очень величественное сооружение, в зависимости от категории билетов можно посетить сам Dolmabahce sarayi and harem (150tl) или тоже+ещё Painting museum, но это уже за 200tl, очереди особой нет, народу много. Но это того стоит, 700 000 кВ метров дворец в стиле барокко и рококо, украшен золотом и серебром, фарфор, причудливые люстры, одна из которых весит 5 тонн. Это стоит увидеть своими глазами
