Not far from here at Kleeblattgasse 4 lived Prince Nikolai Sergeevich Trubetskoy, who taught at University of Vienna Slavic Languages and Literature.
In 1938, after the Anschluss Austria was harassed by the Gestapo, was summoned for interrogation, was arrested for three days, and his apartment was searched.
