In November 2023, the museum has not only a large exhibition of Auguste Renoir, which, by the way, was crowded on a day off. But also the beautiful middle part of Hieronymus Bosch's triptych "Garden of Earthly Delights", which after restoration will stay in the museum for another year, judging by the info from the website. And, since there is not much advertising about this masterpiece, there is not a single person around it. You can spend half a day looking at this multi-figure picture, it's just a series of medieval life...

A beautiful museum building, located in a historical place, next to a wonderful park. The exhibition features works by Hungarian and famous European artists. We really liked this museum

I was looking forward to the opening of the museum after the restoration. I really enjoyed the visit. Despite the fact that the museum is small and very compact, the collection is amazing. There are many masterpieces of Western European painting. Spanish artists are represented even more than in our Hermitage. El Greco, Velasquez, Goya and my beloved Murillo. A good collection of Italian and Dutch painters. Lovers and connoisseurs of European art should definitely visit. I wish you pleasant impressions!
