The museum is divided into various thematic sections, which feature valuable technical finds, such as the Volt battery and the Cunho steam engine. The real attraction is the Foucault pendulum, built to demonstrate the rotation of the Earth. In the same room there is a telescope guardhouse. This is where the last chapter of Umberto Eco's novel "Foucault's Pendulum" takes place. Everything fits!

This museum is a must-visit for all schoolchildren without exception, if only to see Foucault's Pendulum.
