The location is super convenient, the sea is within walking distance, massage parlors, 7/11 store, exchanger, fruits and gluttonous rows in the evening. Breakfast costs 200 baht per person, and you can order grilled fish right at the entrance in the evening. Unobtrusive service, if you refuse to clean, you will still find a couple of bottles of water under the door. The kettle broke, I took it to the reception and replaced it with a new one. The only thing is: the conder is either on maximum or just off, there is no middle position.

Good location: night market, Kata beach, laundries - everything is nearby. Rooms are cleaned on demand, pleasant and unobtrusive service.
The rooms have everything you need without frills, there were problems with drying clothes, but we found a way out - laundries with drying, a couple of hours and everything is ready.

The hotel is for the unpretentious, but it is normal to spend the night. Cleaning is like in most Thai hotels: swept, the bed was fixed, the water was put on.
Convenient location relative to the sea, the market is nearby. Our room faced the courtyard and all this could not be heard, BUT the rooms were not just opposite each other, but at arm's length. That is, the room is always dark (but not hot), but you always have to keep the curtains closed so that you don't see your neighbors.

I'll give you 5 for a great location! Kata beach is 5 minutes away, Karon is 10 minutes away. There is a pedestrian street and a market in the courtyard. On the ground floor there is a sevenleven. Massages cafes are all nearby.
The hotel itself is simple, but it is quite suitable to spend the night and have breakfast.

The rooms are very cramped, our room faced the main street and, the music screams until 3 a.m., it is impossible to sleep.The floor on the terrace in the left half is broken, and at first it was not fenced off with anything, then it was fenced with a sunbed.The pool is small, you can't really swim.According to the rules, the sign about cleaning needs to be hung up before 14:00 (we hung it earlier) and we did not have it cleaned.The cleaning is so-so like in all hotels in Thailand, the bed linen was swept and removed (dust and floors were not washed).Once a huge cockroach got into our room, but a cute cleaner helped us get rid of it. In principle, you can spend the night, but for a long vacation I would like a more comfortable room)).The design and technology are outdated and require new things.

The hotel is located in the center of Kata, right on the market. The beach is 5 minutes away. It's a decent hotel for your money. The rooms are cleaned every day, clean and comfortable, the room is large. On the last floor there is a place to dry clothes, a swimming pool. Own cafe at the hotel. The place is wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2022. The ticket was bought through the Biblio-globe. When choosing a hotel, I read a lot of reviews... My opinion is that three stars is very normal. The administrator is a good, responsive young man, tried to help where he could, translated from Thai to Russian by phone. Meals are breakfasts, there is a small choice, but it is there. Vegetables- carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves. Sandwiches, pancakes. To order one dish for free - omelette or rice with vegetables or... Cereal, milk. Natural coffee is very strong and hot! The room is comfortable. And here's a little ambush with air conditioning. Very powerful and blows on the bed. They were renewed in various ways for several days. As a result, you can just put the blades down with your hands and it blows down. They also left the air conditioner on in the evening when they went out for dinner and a walk. In order not to turn off, instead of plastic, they left a paper business card in the key slot, so that the electricity would not turn off. The beach is nearby, 10 minutes on foot. There are three ways to get to Kata. 1. On the left on the road. 2. To the right across the river (the view and smell are so-so ...) 3. Through the OZO Hotel on the contrary, we were not stopped once, although we went past the administration. This way back is through a closed gate, but we were told who was inside at that moment. We walked like this because the companion's legs hurt, and this is the shortest way. Caron went to the beach once, for about 15 minutes. Good impressions, the sand creaks, the entrance to the sea is immediately deeper. The sea is the cleanest on these beaches! There is a 7-ELEVEN store under the hotel, and a food market 50 meters away. It is better to take a room with a balcony, so another option is a window into the mine, they say it is stuffy.
In general, the hotel is normal, the location is excellent, the beaches are comfortable, the sea is gorgeous!

The beer in the restaurant bar is the cheapest in the area, among the bars of course. There are 7eleven downstairs, a lot of shops and cafes nearby, but not noisy. There is a night market where you can eat fresh seafood and even insects. An ATM and an exchanger are also present. The building is in the form of a square pipe, the windows of inexpensive rooms overlook the inside of this pipe, where it is always humid and stuffy. It didn't bother us, we only came to spend the night and didn't open the windows, besides turning on the air conditioner. There are no windows in the room...only the window to the mine...rough...but this is the only disadvantage.
Advantages: location...between two beaches...which are 7 minutes on foot... 2 minutes from the market. The most delicious food...everything is fresh...awesome there are many cafes and a shop and a pharmacy downstairs...which is very cool.
I recommend....but choose the numbers carefully...there are also balconies....
We got a window into the mine...but we got used to it...
oh yes....There is also a swimming pool on the roof...also super...

Very convenient location. Kata Beach is no more than 5 minutes away. Karon Beach is about 15 minutes away, but there are very strong waves there (they were in October). There is a night market within walking distance. We lived in a room with a balcony, cleaning daily, towels were changed every day. There are small ants in the room, but they are not inconvenient. Lizards run around on the balcony in the evening. Breakfast is not a buffet. The hotel has no territory. We paid extra 200 baht per day for a room with a balcony on the spot. Beach towels at the hotel are given at the reception, but they must be handed over before 17-00, it is not convenient if you want to be on the beach longer.

The hotel is not bad, BUT there are finger-sized cracks in the windows and all the sounds from the street are very audible. Take earplugs. Even if you get a room with a view of the courtyard, do not rush to rejoice. There are hostels nearby and the people there (mostly foreigners) are yelling and drinking until 4-5 in the morning. They can arrange karaoke, sometimes Thais help them with this. They bring big speakers and they scream until morning. For this outrage, the hostel has benches with tables. Try to look for a hotel away from this main street. 100-200 meters deep.

If it has a balcony, and we had one, it's generally good, you can eat your purchased food and relax there. We were at the end of August - peace and quiet. The staff is disgusting. You have to be with the feeling that you are purple on them - then there will be "zen"! No smiles, no "complicity." We are an empty place for them. They worried for three days, and then they spat - the fool is with them! The location is excellent, 5-7 minutes to Kata beach, 15 minutes to Karon. Any kind of food. Food market - 2 minutes, fish market - 10 minutes. Flea markets are where the food is. Comfortable. But the choice of things - only in the "hotel room" - do not count on serious things. In general, I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days in low season. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Everything else is just cons. Boorish attitude at the reception, breakfasts are very poor, the choice is small. So everything is still cooking for a very long time, you can expect your dish for at least 20 minutes. This is especially annoying when you leave early for excursions. You can come for breakfast, and the restaurant will be closed. Until you go to the reception, they won't even move to open. Another very important point is that you cannot bring any food into the room. They will scan your eyes every time for the presence of food in the bags. I had to sneak everything in. The rooms themselves are not bad, but the plumbing is not in the best condition. So decide for yourself whether you need such a hotel.

Very loud music is playing ALL NIGHT in the pub on the ground floor of the building. A large construction site in front of the hotel! If you want a quiet night, take only the inner rooms, but there is a minus - they are windowless, a view of the next room, i.e. a balcony into a balcony, on the principle of a well. Really 300 m to the sea.
The location is for an amateur.

The air conditioner blows directly on the bed in the face. In a room with a balcony facing the street, you can hear music from the bar downstairs at night. In rooms without a balcony, there is something like a balcony inside the hotel on the "like a balcony" of another internal room. Towels and bed linen are stained with some kind, as I understand it, these stains do not wash off. Cleaning every day, changing towels and bedding every day, but again, no one dusted us. The breakfasts are monotonous and meager. Upon check-in, they charge $ 50 for the room, then return it. The pools on the roof are small, there are sun loungers and tables nearby, we had dinner there in the evening, but at 9 pm they turn off the lights and do not turn them back on, they say "night!". Kata beach is 5 minutes away via the stinky river, 10 minutes to karon. Impressions on a solid three. We will not go to this hotel anymore.

The reception and the hotel staff behave as if I live with them on charity. The closet in the room was broken, the kettle was leaking, the faucet was rusty, the safe did not work, he asked to fix it on the first day and so in 2 weeks they did not get their hands on it.
But it's clean. The location is super. The service is just zero!! The Jacuzzi on the roof is cold, there is a lot of chlorine and some substances that cause severe irritation on the skin, be careful.
