Best food area and best service

We have been walking since its foundation .And this is many years .Very poor service.Even if there are no people at all , you will not wait for them , they absolutely do not know their job , almost all do not speak Russian or Kazakh .Many dishes are often missing .In other cafes, hostesses meet , open the doors , smile , sit you down , say hello , see you off , say goodbye, say come again .Ofits come up often , ask how you are , everything suits you , etc .You can 't get enough of the LCD here , they don 't know how to communicate with customers , they don 't really serve .

Here they prepare one of the most delicious lagmans in the city. The staff is friendly. There is no alcohol. Always clean and cozy.. I definitely come here at least once a week. I highly recommend lagman, naryn and mutton in batter. The rest of the dishes that we tried here are also very tasty.
