In the very center of the city there is a museum of Russian art , the collection of professor , doctor Abrahamyan . The content of the museum is impressive, the brochure says that "thanks to its very valuable collection.. the museum is known ... as the Small Tretyakov Gallery" because it contains works by Korovin, Roerich, Serebryakova, Benois, Grabar, Kustodiev, Petrov-Vodkin and many other artists. Some paintings are not behind glass , and this allows you to see every detail without glare . It's just amazing. The only thing I would like to do is to buy a souvenir brochure with a description of the museum and a list of works. But unfortunately the museum does not offer them . I recommend you to visit 🙂

Замечательная небольшая галерея с картинами известных русских художников! Есть картины Коровина, Рериха, Серебрякова, Бенуа, Серова и многие-многие другие. Людей немного. Можно замечательно провести тут час-полтора. Вход 1000 драм (меньше 200 рублей)

Постараюсь быть объективным. Приятный персонал, ламповое место, ценник всего -1000 драмм. Однако, что касается картин, тут ситуация следующая. Работы либо раннего периода, эскизы, незаконченные, либо те, которые "не пригодились" в коллекциях. Признаю, есть достойные экземпляры, например Грабарь. Для понимания, что великие тоже с чего-то начинали, самое то место)). Сходить стоит, но без ожиданий. Это мое личное мнение, посмотрите и решите сами.
