5 for the make-up, 2 for the attitude.
I came to a wedding with relatives from Russia. My sister signed me up for makeup. When I arrived the day before the wedding in Kokshetau, I called this salon to find out if they were doing coloring and haircuts, so as not to go to another salon. Russian Russian I asked, I was answered in Kazakh, I asked in Russian, I was answered in Kazakh again. Everyone says that Kazakhs are hospitable people, then why is this attitude towards Russians? When I came to the salon for a make-up, all the staff spoke Russian to us, then why was there such behavior during the call? By the way, the make-up was beautiful and persistent, the heat was 30 degrees outside, but it lasted, the most expensive master did it, but other masters did our hair and none of the 4 people's hairstyles lasted longer than an hour, and the wedding was until night.
I came to Kokshetau to visit. I decided to make an appointment in advance at this "salon" for a manicure to prepare for the wedding. I signed up via WhatsApp, the master seemed to treat me politely. When I came to the salon, I saw a completely different attitude. The manicure master Mahabbat was swearing at someone on the phone, taking up time. After that (maybe out of anger at the phone interlocutor), she roughly began to saw my nails, as a result of which small wounds remained on my fingers. When I asked why the master behaves in this way, I heard swearing and the words: "If you are not satisfied with something, you can leave." The manicure (not counting the wounds) earned a score of 4, a ratio of 1. I do not recommend visiting this salon.
