We came here purposefully as part of a tour to Minsk on the recommendation of a well-known blogger. Baking is cosmic. Croissants are the tastiest I've ever eaten. The owner bakes himself. Very polite and friendly. His assistants are wonderful. We were treated to butter for bread. The coffee is delicious. We even thought about staying at the nearest hotel next time so that we could have breakfast here every day. We bought with us craft bread, apple-cinnamon-raisins, baguettes. Colleagues and family were delighted. I strongly recommend you to visit.👍🏻

It's the tastiest croissants I've eaten in the last few years. They do awesome things here. What's simple, what's with almonds. Different sourdough pastries, different types of bread. They conduct group workshops. A very cool private bakery. But there is not much room to sit, it is better to buy with yourself. There is a small coffee shop nearby with tables on the street.
We were in this bakery on 08/31/2024 on our way from Brest to Moscow. We stopped by purposefully, after watching a video of one blogger who admired both the crunch of the crust and the softness of the bakery's products. We were greeted by a closed door with the inscription "open", we drank coffee for 10 minutes in a nearby cafe and the bakery became really open. We took "multigrain wheat bread with seeds" and "focaccia with cheese and ham". As a result, one star for the appearance of the bakery and one for the appearance of the products. Focaccia is probably made of rubber, because it is extremely problematic to bite it off. Bread, to be honest, for four... it was until September 4, and on September 4 it's just a cracker, although the owner said in an interview that he himself eats bread on the third day. In general, I thank you for the fact that upon arrival my wife made her own starter and soon I will eat my homemade, delicious bread.

I visited this bakery for the first time and was completely delighted! The atmosphere is very cozy, you immediately feel that every visitor is taken care of here. The staff is polite and helpful, and a good choice! I especially liked the croissants — fresh, crispy, with a rich taste. The bread here is also excellent, perfect for breakfast or a snack. We stopped by the Minsk hotel on the way from Moscow Time (we saw the blogger's video). The choice was not very big. But croissants are divine. Even the next day they are "fluffy" and soft.
