I want to express my deep gratitude to the MURMYAU zoo! From my experience, this is the best hotel for our pets, and I can't help but share my delight. Our vacation dates have shifted, so it was necessary to find an overexposure place for our Briton Fili as urgently as possible. MURMYAU turned out to be the only 24-hour pet store in the Minsk area. And we didn't regret for a second that we came here. The conditions of detention are simply amazing! In every corner, care and attention to detail are felt, which makes the stay of animals as comfortable and safe as possible. Our Filya was surrounded by such warmth and care that we didn't worry for a minute. I would like to express special gratitude to the hostess of the hotel, Alina, for her responsiveness, understanding and professionalism. They really love animals here, which is felt in every action. We have a wayward guy, but everything was at the highest level: departure, arrival; special thanks for the photo and video messages that were sent to us daily! 🥹 Efficiency in solving any issues and incredibly warm care for each tailed guest is what distinguishes MURMYAU from other pet hotels. We sincerely recommend MURMYAU to anyone who is looking for a safe place for their pet! You will be more than satisfied, just like us! A wonderful place! A home hotel, lovely and caring girls! Our cats are always calm and examined! They are in Borovlyany, in a private house, someone is always at home. Always in touch 🤙 Nice prices!

Great place) I thought for a long time where to leave the seals for the vacation, the two sphinxes quickly got used to it, introduced them to the neighbors, the seals are calm and pay a lot of attention to them. The rooms are clean🙂
