The cafe is not bad. Hygiene suffers. The dishes and spoons are dirty and you need to ask the waiter to replace them. The waiters work by themselves. No one regulates them. Sometimes 2-3 come to your table, and sometimes you have to call and tell them to serve. There are a lot of oddities in this cafe. And the dishes are not bad. At 3, -4 on a 5-point scale.
