At the box office "Multitools.by" to the SO-206 parquet sanding machine, I was given sandpaper tapes cut in advance to the required size and offered to pay for the return of the device only those that I will use up in fact. This was an extremely convenient option for me, since I am an unprofessional builder and faced floor sanding work for the first time, which makes it difficult for me to predict how much sandpaper tape will be used when performing my amount of work (I want to note that in another rental I was offered to purchase the tape myself in the store). Employee of the Multitools rental company.by" politely advised me on the issues I was interested in, clearly explained how to use the parquet sanding machine, showed me how to change the tapes, and also helped me load it into my car. The car worked without complaints, the planned work was done, I was satisfied with the result. The work of the rental "Multitools.by" liked it.

We came for the tool just before closing (and returned it also "at the last second"), but!!! We were accepted, signed a contract, instructed, and loaded a 75-kilogram tool into the trunk... The whole range of services.
Bottom line: the specialist is excellent, the location of the rental point is convenient, the working time (it might be more convenient until 20:00, because the specialist is obviously, because of people like us, often delayed after work). We are happy with everything, thank you!

I rented a Fiolent B4-70 stroborez at the most affordable price in Minsk 11 rubles per day. A powerful thing in excellent condition sawed through my walls in the bathtub under the pipes of a small sewer in a couple of hours. I also rented a diamond disc, it cost only 1 rub. At the conclusion of the contract, a passport of the Republic of Belarus is required. Return of the tool in its pure form. Thank you for the excellent service and the opportunity to feel like a superhero builder.

The staff is friendly and fast, BUT!!!!!
The construction vacuum cleaner does not match the description. Only 1 speed was working. The vacuum cleaner did not cope with its task. The portable autopilot pump has a large suction force.
Upon return in 3 hours, and not a day later, the receptionist did not even ask what the problem was.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. EVERYTHING KILLED 👎👎👎

I called during the week for the rental of a grinding machine (giraffe), I needed it for two days (Friday -Saturday), the guys said that they did not work on Sunday (they would not be able to give it back) it was better to take Saturday-Sunday (Monday return), no problem - we agreed on Saturday at 9.30. I arrived, they said that the grinder had not yet been returned, they said that the person was supposed to return it last night but did not return it, they offered that they could dial so that I could pick it up if the person returned it (I do not understand how it was possible to think of such a thing - now I will sit at home cooing for another week, waiting for a call that the grinder has arrived and I can pick up). I think I saw two grown guys at work, but I didn't understand why neither of them thought to call yesterday and try to get out of the situation somehow. As a result, the work is worth it - the client is not satisfied.

We rented a construction vacuum cleaner. While we were booking, we were making out the contract, there were no questions. They appeared at the return stage. The owner of the rental was rude, talked aggressively, accused my husband and me of not cleaning the vacuum cleaner (which was very insulting, because we spent a lot of time cleaning). And in fact, the owner himself, when handing over the vacuum cleaner, did not instruct how he wanted his vacuum cleaner to be cleaned, did not give out an operating manual, but only showed how to turn on the device. He also sold us a defective vacuum cleaner bag, which was small and broke after 10 minutes of periodic work. I also had to urgently look for a bag. As a result, the vacuum cleaner was naturally dirty inside. They cleaned it with a brush, but it turned out they had to blow it out. Because they took the vacuum cleaner for the first time, they did not know about such a function and no one said anything about it when issuing it. They also charged a fine for a dirty vacuum cleaner. It's a shame that they tried their best and still turned out to be guilty, as if they bought a bag and tore it up on purpose and dusted the vacuum cleaner. If it were possible not to put stars at all, then it would be a suitable option for this rental. The repair is not finished, but next time we will be more careful about the choice of rental and clarify all the points. Not a foot in this organization anymore.
