The operator, without listening to my question, began to interrupt and, having failed to understand the situation, began to prove to me that I was wrong. When I asked him again to check the information in his program, he completely switched to a raised tone. I do not recommend using this carsharing service. Because in any incomprehensible situation, you will be blamed. And this is not the first such situation.
They took 50 bucks for saying they couldn't do anything to help. Another service easily solved the problem. In general, I would not have gone to them anymore if there was an official Chevrolet computer somewhere else in the city. (I understand that it's not their fault, but they seemed helpless)
