It's an old hospital, the staff is rude, they don't know how to talk to children and parents properly, they've been there with a child 3 times and nothing has changed. And those children who are without parents don't need anyone there at all, nurses don't even come to them until you call them.

The intensive care doctors are very cool, my granddaughter was lying here, they did everything in their power and even more.I especially liked the doctor, I don't remember the name of a Russian woman, she always speaks as is
