14.09 I wanted to contact the workshop due to the need to repair the lock in the bag. But no sooner had I crossed the threshold (I came with a small dog, a Pomeranian), than an unpleasant man sitting at the counter stood up and asked in raised tones to leave the dog on the street, waving his hand at the exit.
What really prevented the "master" from a small decorative dog remains a question for me. I go with my pomeranian to all shops, including grocery stores, and no one has ever been kicked out or denied service.
I will say frankly that he is an extremely unpleasant type, he does not set foot in this workshop anymore.
It is a pity that I did not read the reviews in advance, and I would not have gone at all, although I had repeatedly applied before and there were no problems and questions about servicing and fulfilling orders.
But, as it turned out, everything is changing, both the service and the quality of service.
Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

I brought shorts to this "cantor" to sew up the seam. The shorts were previously machine-washed and dried. A friend with a beard refused to repair it, because in his opinion the shorts are dirty , smelly, greasy… A person is sitting on his own wave. It's just some kind of nonsense, the real thing. I highly recommend not contacting this place, there are many ateliers on Malinovka that will not refuse to help you. Shame on such people in the service sector.
