As a result, the master made an uneven seam, the sewing step was chosen completely different, it is much different from the factory one. So they also managed to sew the black interior with light threads. I do not advise contacting this workshop, this is the first time I have come across this. My favorite bag is ruined.
I was making a key for the bolt lock in the basement, it's hard to find a workshop for this. It was done quite quickly and inexpensively, although I had to remove the lock to make sure the key was made correctly. In general, I advise you. By the way, ordinary keys are also inexpensive to make. There seems to be a terminal too.
I had a chance to visit this wonderful workshop on Saturday morning with a request to sew a harness to a backpack. Just make one line on a good powerful machine that will take a dense fabric, since the "Chinese" seam turned out to be crooked, nothing more. They offered to leave the backpack until Tuesday evening.
The prices for a line of 3 centimeters are 6.5 rubles.
They also fooled me into paying in cash. It is better to avoid this institution because it is so-so.
I applied to the workshop "Mulmi-Master" on Skripnikova 11A with a request to replace the wheels in the suitcase. In the store that is there, the seller told me to contact the master, the master told me to contact the seller, so I was chased back and forth three times, and I never got any help. At the next, but already persistent, appeal to the master to help me choose the wheels in my suitcase, I twice clarified that I would not put them myself and that I needed his help, since I had no idea which ones to choose!!! The master finally reacted, said that they had a lot of wheels, both double and swivel, they would put whatever you want. Then it was impossible to find out when it would be ready, the employee is constantly running somewhere, does not explain anything, you need to guess everything, ask twice. The suitcase was standing in the corridor all this time, they did not respond to requests to remove it from the corridor, I wanted to write about such terrible service and boorish behavior of employees in the complaint book. The administrator did not want to give a pen, said in a rude tone that he was working and, you see, he had no time to give out pens, then shouted at the whole workshop so that his pen would not be stolen!!! Without waiting for me to leave, they began to discuss me loudly!!! Half an hour after I left, they called me back and said they didn't have the wheels I needed and they couldn't help me in any way! And before the complaint in their book, which is enough there anyway, they had any wheels for every taste, the order was accepted. and after writing in the complaint book, the service was refused. This is the act of a child, boorish behavior and zero service, no one moved, they did not move, I have never encountered such people and such terrible service!!!!

I asked to restore the fastener on the backpack. It's called fastex. I didn't know what they were, but I showed the remaining family on the backpack. I was offered a choice of those that are available. I chose it so that it fits the width of the tape. And when they sewed it on, it turned out that it was not at all the same: the clasp tightens the ribbon only on one side, the native tightened on two. Reluctantly, but the master agreed to replace the old order and the old payment with another fastex, which I will bring. And when he brought it, the master said that you need to pay extra for a new installation. He does not keep his word, the order for the restoration of the fastener has not been fulfilled. The work there is 2 stitches of 2 cm. The master himself said that up to 10 minutes, and they ask for 8 rubles!
Not only do they have a price tag almost 3 times higher than other workshops (fastex), but they can't do the job.
They don't know the prices, everyone is busy, one is sitting darning a bag and turning on a fool.......I will never come there....I don't advise anyone!!!!!!
I applied to a Multimaster for the manufacture of tablets for the intercom. They did it quickly, they work. The price turned out to be cheaper than that of the organization that services the intercom. Today I will go there to make keys, because this is the nearest workshop to the house. The only thing that does not suit you is that you cannot pay with a card.
