I work nearby. I often apply. I serviced bicycles, repaired clothes and shoes, ordered duplicate keys - everything was polite, inexpensive and prompt.
And I bought a watchband, and they also replaced it themselves.
A good office, I will use the services.
There are masters, they do their job, but strictly according to the price list, they do not go to meet clients. If something is not in the price list, then they will not be able to help.
upd: I brought a leather athletic belt on which the rotating cylinder on the buckle rusted (i.e. it became difficult to tighten one of the ends of the belt, since the cylinder, instead of an auxiliary function, began to interfere on the contrary). This size of buckle was not available and does not happen — it's OK, but I asked if the guys could clean the buckle from rust. They said they don't do that. Given the range of work, there was probably some rust solvent lying around) Well, considering that the buckle had to be unpinned from the belt and sewn back on, then 15-20 rubles could be earned. However, in the end, I bought a solvent myself for this money and coped on my own, I just didn't want to bother and entrust the work to the craftsmen.
It sucks and is absolutely not a customer-oriented service. Long waits, boorish conversations with customers, as if the master is doing a favor. No responsibility for the quality. The final price for something a little more complicated than replacing a battery or a zipper is not clear until the last one. The promise to evaluate the work can take up to 2 days. An employee's favorite expression is go buy a new one, I don't guarantee anything.
Bottom line: the service has not changed at all in 3 years, but it's a pity.
