The hotel guys are of course a Bomb! In my opinion, The Best in Bali! Everything is brand new, the rooms are gorgeous, the breakfasts are amazing!!! There are almost no waves, even though there is an ocean! In fact, these are three hotels and the territory is huge. The pools and the beach are all clean and cool! But... there are a few buts: 1. Everything in the hotel is extremely expensive - let him do it himself)) 2. Low tide - twice a day you can say there is no water at all and you can walk all the way to the reef)))) The picture is of course so-so) 3. The most impetuous thing is boredom!!! During the day, the beach is empty, everything is by the pool, and yes, there is emptiness there too! There is almost zero animation! It's a dead end in the evening!!!! That's how it is))) - the aristocratic atmosphere doesn't always suit everyone !!!👋🏻

We arrived two days ago and had a rest at this hotel. In general, I liked everything. But there is a but... The plane arrives in the morning, arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. And check-in after 15. They offered to sit in the lobby or take a walk around the territory. I had to dig into my suitcases and get out my bathing gear to spend some time at the seaside. The room is great, big. I was impressed by the plumbing, it's new, in excellent condition, and the toilet is a robot. There are 2 Russian-speaking employees, but they don't really explain anything when checking in, they arrange it, they escort them to the room. But then, if necessary, they help, explain everything, and advise. The territory is simply huge, clean and well maintained. We regretted that we did not take a room with a swimming pool. Since the sea is constantly either at low tide or at high tide, it was not always possible to swim. I had to swim in the pool. In general, few people swam in the sea, there were at least 6 people on the beach at the moment. And what was very frustrating was that on the last day a lot of fuel oil appeared in the sea from somewhere, it was not a big spot, but a lot of small balls on the surface of the water. It's not pleasant.. The restaurants are good, the food is normal. We had breakfasts and dinners. But all drinks were paid for at dinner, and they brought receipts for payment. There was an evening concert for entertainment, and the girl performed well-known compositions in English. There are not many Russians, but there are many of our former compatriots from Australia who are happy to make contact. All in all, a pleasant impression. I guess I expected something more.. I don't know.

Yesterday, December 16, we arrived at the hotel.
The first thing that caught my eye when we were escorted to the room was the long distances. The room itself is quite successful. Welcome fruits. Water in glass, 3 bottles of 300ml per day per person. There is a kettle and coffee and tea in the room. The refrigerator is empty.
The dinner is good, but for an amateur. We were pleased with sashimi made of white fish, tuna and salmon. I liked the lasagna. I didn't find any fruits at dinner, except in the sweet section there were wine glasses filled with sliced fruit mix, a small portion, purely to eat. There are a lot of sweets, but I don't eat much, I took 2 types of small cupcakes, which also seems to be good. After dinner, they brought a check to sign, supposedly there was no need to pay, just for form's sake. There are toilets in the restaurant area, only 2 cabins. Breakfasts are normal, even soup can be made from the offered bowls with meat and all sorts of fillings, everything is filled with broth.
The juices are peculiar and slightly soapy in taste. Drinks, most likely.
There are many large Muslim families with children in the hotel, many were from South Korea, small children came to breakfast in pajamas.
There is a beach, not huge, but quite good. Sand interspersed with ground shells and old corals and stones. The deck chairs are large, the mattresses are thick and comfortable. They give 2 towels per chaise longue, very convenient.
The pools are mostly occupied by kids. There is no animation during the day, there is no background music. There is a lot of greenery.

The hotel is a cannon bomb, the breakfasts are just space, the service is at a height, the territory is just a green paradise. There are not many people in general, the accumulation of people is basically only at breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel! Lots of pools, all clean. The hotel is very beautiful, there are a lot of different plants. In addition to the pools, there is a children's mini-water park, but only for children under 8. There are many different restaurants. The rooms are quite large. Overall, the hotel is excellent. However, there is one drawback, it is a very strong outflow of the sea, but this is in all hotels, so be prepared.

A good hotel in Bali for your vacation. We are resting here for the third time and the guys are trying to keep the level of service and comfort. Very beautiful territory, good service, varied cuisine for every taste, but the sea is not quite clean as before. I would like better service on the beaches with the provision of water / fruit ice, towels are not always brought there, we took them ourselves a couple of times.

A pleasant hotel with a pretension to pathos (well-founded). The staff is always available and helpful, the rather large territory is kept clean and technically sound.
Food for breakfast and dinner (from 18 to 22 hours) can be found for every taste and the dishes are well thought out, many chefs in the thematic departments can cook from selected ingredients taking into account your wishes (from coffee to barbecue or lobsters).
There was a claim to the bid from our Royal Suite (the operator at the selection stage claimed that there would be an ocean view, in reality a courtyard + ocean). But this is already a question of the operator's dishonesty.
The room itself is spacious, the neighbors have never been heard through the walls.
You can relax comfortably in this hotel!

Nice hotel.A large area. Lots of pools . Excellent breakfasts. Good restaurants. The staff is friendly . Clear.
but!! There are disadvantages that you need to know about.
1. It is difficult to choose an incomprehensible site because there are no normal photos of rooms and a general understanding of the territory.
2. The coast, to put it mildly, is NO. Knee-deep water. A lot of grass and it smells. see the photo
3. Rooms with a pool on the ground floor are a test. The room is humid.

The hotel is still beautiful, but technologically old. The buffet a few years ago was much better in terms of food choices, perhaps this year the focus is on the Chinese before their new year.
We ordered carbonara in one of the Ala Carte restaurants, nothing at all to do with the original. The main pool with statues is closed for repairs (no luck). The beach is clean, there are no waves.

The guest is old, but beautiful. Everything is done fundamentally and with taste. The breakfasts were delicious, although there was not enough porridge, but everything else was fine. There are no lifeguards on the beach, you can't leave children alone in the water.

1 star for a good territory, 2 stars for. We had a wide range of restaurants, not all inclusive, only breakfasts, so I can say that the breakfasts were very tasty. This is another 3 star. And the 4 star? For the location, because they fell on the other side of the cat on the north side. It's very cold and very windy. And why 4 stars, because the service is not very good?

I stayed in this luxury hotel for only 1 week. It's a pity, I would love to stay another week, but work calls.
A lovely, clean, well-maintained hotel and a very beautiful and green area. The staff is friendly and very caring. The food in the restaurants is simply delicious.
If I'm going to Bali again, I'll definitely go to "The Mulia”

An expensive Hotel for a confident three! Everything seems to be decent, but I don't recommend it! The most shocking thing is the sun beds. He left for 30 minutes and other tourists were put in your places! Things were removed and others were put down! But you can't swim in the ocean for more than 30 minutes or go to your room. A little wind and umbrellas are folded. Nearby there are hotels with open umbrellas and in this one burn under such a dangerous sun. The staff doesn't care about the vacationers! The toilet is cool Japanese with automatic lids, but it would be better if you spent money on normal air conditioners, you sleep as if you were flying on an airplane! Prices in the hotel's restaurants can be multiplied by 2 or 3, unlike restaurants outside the territory! And they are very decent outside the territory!!! The breakfasts are ordinary, nothing supernatural.

We were at this hotel for the New Year holidays. The hotel is huge, it resembles cheap Turkey, and in season it cannot cope with a large flow of people. The rooms are dirty, poorly cleaned, there are not enough sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. In order to take a sunbed, you had to get up at 6 in the morning. The exchange office at the hotel is open until 7 pm. I do not recommend this hotel
