Nice hotel. Great location. Near the theater, a walking area, many restaurants, the bridge of peace. Nice staff. The only negative is the smell of food from 7 a.m., but this did not spoil the overall good impression.
At breakfast, they additionally ordered Americano and cappuccino (for 18 lire). The coffee is delicious.
I booked a meeting at the airport in advance through the reception. David wrote to me in WhatsApp the day before, met me with a sign. A very pleasant, neat driver with a clean, roomy car.

A great hotel, the view from the balcony is simply gorgeous. Very convenient location, check-in to the parking lot under the barrier, near all the sights, the embankment. Opposite the hotel, across the street, in the arch, 10 minutes walk to the big carrefour and the market. The mattress is excellent, the linen is snow-white and pleasant, minus these huge 70x70 pillows, they are not very comfortable. The breakfasts are varied, there is red fish.

We had a rest with the company in March 2024, I highly recommend this hotel. 100% location-close to all the sights, cleanliness in the rooms, excellent breakfasts, view from the room-I highly recommend rooms with a balcony overlooking Mtatsminda and the tower. Helpful staff, they helped with everything.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, the impression does not change, and then we plan to stay only here, since we have experience of staying in other hotels, a very good hotel is simple in all matters. I really liked the hotel, really boutique, with silence, incredibly pleasant staff, beautiful quiet music, with air conditioning, I liked sitting in the lobby, silence, no annoying tourists and crowds, almost alone, in silence, beauty. I liked the rooms, they were clean and cozy. The shower was a little confused - it was half-open and there was no safe, but according to the safe, maybe I didn't find it. Overall, the location is awesome, the staff is super and the service is highly recommended. Nearby there are Georgian restaurants, a new bridge, squares, everything is nearby. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much for our stay.

Excellent hotel in the very center of Tbilisi. The Windows faced a large noisy street, but the double-glazed windows are excellent, I did not feel any discomfort, on the contrary, when you go out on the balcony you immediately feel the breath of the city)
