At the end of the summer, I called the village council to ask for advice on who to contact about the public lantern that was not burning on my street in Mukhavets: they said that sending such a request to the power grids was in their competence and that within a week the power grid repairers would come and fix everything after the application sent by the village council!2 weeks have passed - the lantern is not lit ... 2 months have passed and November has come, but the lantern is not lit... Has this application been sent? Who controls it? How long to wait?
