Yesterday, on 10/27/2024, we returned from a vacation with,,Mukanas,,, rested for 10 days. I want to say that the hotel impressed, and with its beauty and wonderful responsive staff, everyone is very friendly, the service is excellent, I can put 10 stars, the rooms are beautiful, and if you leave a dollar to the maid for a tip, you will be delighted with your room. The territory of the hotel is small, but it is all surrounded by greenery and flowers, everything is arranged so that the territory is protected from the sun, swimming pools, bars, snack bars, everything is fine, and the tastiest gozleme cakes are mmm delicious. The food is excellent, the menu is for every taste, but the kids will be very satisfied, they have a very excellent menu, the waiters serve quickly and efficiently. The beach is sandy and pebbly, but it is beautiful, the sea is clear, you swim and you can see the bottom. We were very lucky with the weather, +30-32 in the afternoon, water +28. My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation, we are delighted, there is nothing to complain about, the hotel is solid 5*, and NK is very expensive. I really hope and believe that I will return there again. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and excellent service.

Super hotel, I got to heaven, the waiters read my mind, room cleaning is the best of all praise, even without tea. Gastrelation greets at the entrance with a smile, bartenders treat everyone the same, and children from Russia are also treated the same as Turkish ones, drinks are poured quickly, there are almost as many waiters as there are guests, there is never a queue at the bar. The glasses are all new, they shine in the gentle sun, the weather in November is super, the water is like fresh milk, animation is a separate highlight, it has never been so fun. In general, luxury in everything, even in small things. The music is all modern, there was almost no local music, I myself asked to play it more often, I love it very much, especially several songs in a row. I really liked the guests from Poland, they are very friendly, it's good that most of them are here. Alcohol is a river for every taste, especially whiskey.
The dining room is amazing every day, the variety is amazing.Guzleme, such a cheerful girl, quickly fries and puts everything in turn, without exception. If Turkey, then only Mukarnas!!!!!!!!!
Don't even look at other hotels, it's better not and there won't be time.

We were at the end of November for the closing of the season. The hotel has a small but very green area, everything is very cozy. A very beautiful design of the entrance group, naturally in the oriental style. The food is delicious, always made from fresh products, this is very carefully monitored. Good service in the restaurant, the waiters are courteous and friendly. During the week, the room was cleaned 6 times, wrapped twice from a swan blanket))) The animation is so-so, for an amateur. Pros: The hotel is great. It's a great option for a family with children. A hotel with its own beach. Pebble beach. The food is varied: daily meat, chicken, fish, etc. There was no seafood. , Cons in the room from cosmetics only soap, shampoo, shower gel. The rest must be requested at the reception, including a bathrobe. See the expiration dates of cosmetics. There was a delay of 3 months (the end of the season, everything that was lying around was given). At the reception, dynamite asked for bath robes, "we do not give out." I asked the other shift to give me everything without any problems.

A wonderful hotel. We spent our summer holidays in Mukarnas for three years in a row. Beautiful and well-maintained territory, delicious and varied food. Friendly and helpful staff. The warm Mediterranean Sea is a pebble beach, there are enough sun beds for everyone, there are free gazebos with sun beds, a playground, a fountain and a mini-park on the territory.

The hotel is very cozy. The territory is not large, but very green, there are many plants that protect from the sun. We were in early November. All the bars were open. Delicious champagne. The staff is very attentive. The food is delicious. It is better to go into the sea in special shoes. Sun beds near the sea are in abundance. Overall, everything is fine. But you have to keep in mind, there are a lot of Germans and Poles!!!!!!

I really liked the hotel! We were in November, we were lucky with the weather. The territory of the hotel is beyond praise, a garden of Eden. Everything is very conveniently located and well maintained. The staff is polite, a huge variety of dishes. I will be happy to come back here again!

I'll start with the pros:
No one was poisoned by food, the fittings in the rooms are not in a deplorable state, friendly staff, normal alcohol, I really liked the decoration of the hotel on Halloween, on other days they also sometimes decorated the kitchen area
A couple of times they turned on foam music on the beach :)
Of the cons:
Rooms are poorly cleaned
The Internet is very unstable in many places, or there are days when it does not work
The promised indoor/outdoor pool without heating
The food is constantly the SAME AND DOES NOT CHANGE insanely annoying to eat the same thing every day
You can jump from the pontoon +
The pontoon probably hasn't been painted since it was built, the handles are all rusty and the railing fell off with the guy :) fortunately, it was welded quickly, but judging by the number of welds, this is not the first time
The light bulbs work through one
There are also a lot of loose tiles in the spa complex
It feels like they are saving a lot on maintaining the hotel's infrastructure
In the water park on a slide with circles, two circles , one leaky with a patch worked for one day , then all the days there was one circle and people were constantly queuing
Tennis rackets if you want to play, take your own along with the balls, as I repeat the rackets are all broken :)
there is nothing much to do outside the hotel for 1-2 evenings to walk

Improve the variety of food, turn on the heating of the pools and everything will be OK

Russian russians. Good afternoon, yes, the hotel is wonderful, the food is excellent, but the staff in the lobby is not very good. One waitress girl showed that they do not like Russians there with all her appearance that she did not even come up and pretended that she did not understand, but it was worth giving dollars and immediately began to speak Russian. All the days were fine, but the last one showed itself.It is better for Russians not to go to this hotel..I don't advise you .Have a wonderful rest.Just not in Turkey

A good hotel, I advise those who want a normal rest, they liked everything, caring staff, fire food, grilled trout every other day, etc., there is a lot of choice, everything is good for drinks too beer, wine, champagne, cocktails.
Now of what did not like in the least mean to say that the hotel and so bad : Disco very little dingy room ,and sometimes there was a smell of sewage in areas otherwise everything is , does not want to hurt the user and the hotel staff we all very, very much , will be back again 👍

The hotel is on the coast, excellent access to the sea. Excellent cuisine, albeit at the end of the season. Friendly staff. The room background on the 5th floor is not much tired, although the hotel has been renovated in 2023. Close to the airport, it took an hour to get to the hotel. Quick check-in and check-in, even if you arrived earlier.

There are no questions about the hotel, everything is on the level, the food is of high quality, cleaning in the morning (at least with us), a beautiful lobby.Ice cream is nothing, something is poured into the cones…At the entrance to the sea there are sticky pebbles, it is convenient in corals, and a couple of meters deep. At first it was kind of annoying, four children were 3,4,4,7 years old with us in the company.. There's nothing, everyone somehow adapted and swam to their heart's content, and the children poured pebbles into buckets instead of sand and cooked their porridge perfectly…
There are convenient stairs from the pier. There are showers and sun beds on the pier. The lunopark for children works for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening, but everyone managed to roll in. The weather is 30,the sea is 27. It was October 2-12.

The room stock is tired, the situation in the hotel as a whole is very modest, you do not know where to make a beautiful photo, there is no territory. There are boors sitting in the water sports booth on the beach, who suggested that I pump up the sap board myself. If something is required in the room, do not be questioned, they understand only from the 3rd time. There is an impression that this attitude is towards Russians, although it is possible for everyone. The territory is small, although well maintained. The beach is nice.

We rested at the end of April, the hotel was still relatively free, we were given a femelirum instead of a standard, without additional payments and requests, for which special thanks! The food is excellent, decent alcohol, a variety of cocktails. In the morning, champagne is delivered and offered by the pool, just for the lazy))). The staff at the restaurant are so smart! I was surprised that the pool bar was open at night. We left at three in the morning, the bar was full of life, which is important to many! We have been looking at this hotel for a long time, resting always nearby, but not in it, and now we were lucky enough to buy a ticket at an affordable price. The hotel was pleased with the hospitality, cleanliness and very clean water in the sea! There are many foreigners from Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova, Germans and English speakers, but everything is civilized and friendly. A pleasant hammam and sauna, there is an indoor pool, water slides, and attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, there is a free bar, kettle, tea, coffee. Three or four Russian channels. I liked everything!
The only wish is that we would like more outdoor outdoor games for children. They really wanted to play darts and water polo with the children. I recommend the hotel!

The food is poor-about 10 years ago), but they did not go hungry, there was always turkey or veal, but do not expect any frills.Alcohol is not very good and the cocktail is the same (few of the bartenders could cook a delicious one. I didn't like that the panton was being cleaned at the closing on November 13, a tractor was driving and was very disturbing to vacationers. The staff is super, polite and humorous.

We vacationed with our family at this hotel in early July 2024. I will try to be brief, but about everything in order. The flight was overnight, not easy, we arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. Of course, I got ready for a long wait for check-in, but...We were met at the reception by a well-spoken Russian employee, and 10 minutes later we received the keys to the room. Unfortunately, we had to "pay" for such promptness with a view from the room to the neighboring hotel and proximity to the road (it's a bit noisy). But, we understood that we would be in the room mostly at night and with a closed balcony, so we "resigned ourselves". Another small disadvantage for me personally is the pebble beach, which did not bother the rest of the family in any way. Everything else is pure delight! The room cleaning is excellent, free daily replenishment of the bar with water, juice, lemonade. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory, there are Russian-language channels. The territory is small, but every centimeter is impressive. Swimming pool, water park - there are always places. Animation from morning to late evening. There is a small children's amusement park on the territory. There is a spa (treatments are paid), but the gym, swimming pool, sauna, hammam are free of charge. There are billiards, bowling, and slot machines. A separate admiration is the restaurant. I have never seen such delicious and varied food anywhere else. The staff is very smiling, friendly, many speak Russian.

We chose "Mukarnas" (I call it that) by chance. We had a rest in September 2021. and they never regretted that they chose him. great hotel.
The hotel itself impressed, everything is very stylized, beautiful appearance. inside the hall is a well, with a beautiful chandelier in the shape of a star. Two glass elevators.
The staff is very friendly and smiling. Everywhere!!! All over the territory!!!The territory itself is not very large, but VERY cozy and green. Everything is convenient and comfortable.
The rooms are nice and clean. The staff, I repeat, is great!!! The maid came to say goodbye in person on the day of departure, which upset me to the core.
Everything in the hotel is thought out, everything is comfortable.
There is a children's club and attractions. There is a small water park.
Animation for children and adults both on the beach and by the pool and in the evening.
The restaurant is a song!!!! The waiters are very qualified. It is clear that they are working with the soul.
And theme nights - mmmm, unexpectedly surprised. We liked it even more than in more expensive hotels.
There are two large markets, shopping centers, so to speak, near Mukarnas. Plus, the outbound market is coming right across the street.
The beach is nice. Clean.Pebbles. We bought aquasocks to make it comfortable to walk. Sun beds were always available. The beach bar is nearby, there are snacks nearby.
I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!!

We had a rest in hotels in October . The territory is excellent , green . The pool is super. The sea is warm and clean. There is a private pier. The food is delicious, slightly different from what we eat (for example, cheeses - almost all from goat's milk and salty - for an amateur). The bartenders at the lobby bar make very tasty cocktails.
There are two covered bazaars near the hotel. We walked to all of them , 5 minutes to walk to the first , 10-15 minutes to the second Lara bazaar .
The local fair comes on Saturdays.

We were in early November 2023. The weather was great, it rained (thunderstorm) only once in the evening, the next day there was only a haze in the sky.
The pools are cold but tolerable, the most popular pools are in slides and indoor. The sea was pleasant, it was just gorgeous, warm, clean and calm. There were some waves and turbidity only after the thunderstorm.
What didn't you like:
The food deteriorated compared to the previous year, and the concept no longer included foreign-made drinks. The restaurant also no longer had any jamon, parmesan (sometimes a pathetic semblance of it appeared), or even cherry tomatoes. But we must give the Turks their due, there was a carload of food and in different versions, everyone will find something to their liking.
But all the advantages were crossed out by an intestinal infection (helicobacteri pillari), which I grabbed (and it passed the children), I sin against poorly washed fruits, vegetables and especially greens, since the children practically did not eat them, and I in large quantities. Therefore, there is only one star! And I don't set foot there anymore, I won't wish anyone to drink 2 antibiotics for 2 weeks, it's tin.

The hotel is for families with children up to 8-9 years old. Excellent food, three-star animation, but there are many trampolines and a free amusement park. the territory is small, but cozy. The price/quality ratio is excellent.
There are few Russians, and in general, there are no crowds anywhere, neither in Oestrana nor on the beach, sun beds can always be found. We have been there twice, we will not go the third time, the children have grown up.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2022. I liked the hotel. The food was delicious and varied... the entrance to the sea is rocky, so it is better to have slippers for swimming. There were always enough places on the beach and at the pool. The territory is large and well maintained. Clean and beautiful and green....the only drawback for us (but for most it is not a disadvantage) is the presence of a LOT of preschool CHILDREN... here they have plenty of space: food, animation, a children's pool with slides and carousels.... in general, we regretted that our children had grown up)))) Cleaning was done daily, the mini bar was replenished with juices, mineral water, water, Cola. The only thing was that there was shampoo and shower gel, but there was no hair balm (and I didn't take it). I would like to mention the spa separately... hammam, sauna, salt room, menthol hammam - I liked it perfectly; Jacuzzi and indoor pool and gym... visited every day after the beach.
