The wait is more than 40 minutes. It's just not adequate. I do not advise you to come here. It's just a constant crowd of people. They don't have time for anything. While I was waiting, a large number of people who were standing in line behind me got tired of waiting and just left. At least 2 specialists should always work in such a busy place.

Consultant Victoria K. is absolutely not competent in communicating with clients. During a conversation with clients, he is distracted by small talk with colleagues, ignoring additional questions about a particular MTS service. Because of this, I was unable to get the full amount of information on the issues I was interested in and was never able to use the services of MTS.
