I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't gotten caught with her phone like that. In general, I ask everyone to take a look and double-check with their pensioners, relatives, neighbors, and turn off all paid supposedly buns, they do not use them, but MTS is very enriching(
We stayed in Minsk for several days and faced a disgusting attitude towards MTS subscribers ((( unfortunately, I did not look at the seller's name emotionally... it was on Sunday, August 25th, 2024. I immediately asked for help! In response, reluctantly, they say, the man answered something, mockingly said that he had run out of money and there was nothing like calling Russia on a cell phone ... but there are elderly people without whatsapp, whom I need to call daily!!! Unprofessionalism and indifference just killed!
Indeed, one of the worst MTS branches in Minsk. I come 2 times in a row, wait for 35-40 minutes just to connect a SIM card (and both times I did not wait), and the consultants, instead of serving the queue, sit in their phones and "wait" for paperwork.
