There is no way to pay with a payment card, they sent it to the post office for cash payment, on Sunday when all the mail is closed, the staff categorically did not want to change the money and the terminal does not give the building, the nice guy Stanislav helped with the terminal, very unpleasant service. I definitely don't recommend it.
