But the funny thing is that the service center said that everything is fine with the watch, take it and use it. How is that even possible?

Perhaps it is better for the client to decide what is best for him. We wish you qualified personnel and service growth, because it looks like a piggy attitude.

As you know, transferring a subscriber number between networks takes a day, so the operation was started on the first day by one specialist, and completed the next day by another specialist.
On the first day, we signed a contract for the future subscriber number (without my permission, connecting it to the "Unlimited" tariff that I did not need), on the second day, the specialist took care and chirped "I connected the promised payment to you in rubles so that everything would work (until you replenish the money)", while turning on the portable subscriber number in the already an existing personal account with a positive balance.
Well done, a great multi-pass, which I realized only in the evening in a calm atmosphere. Two days of subscription fees, which are absolutely unnecessary to me as a client of "Unlimited", interest for using other people's funds as part of the "Promised Payment" service on a personal account with a positive balance. And the final combination after a certain number of years will be a paid service for changing the tariff plan from the "unlimited" I don't need.
(NB. "Unlimited" was and is not needed because the subscriber number was connected on promotional terms as an addition to the home Internet)

I came with a specific request - to pay the balance in order to transfer the number to A1. I paid the amount that the consultant named. But for some reason, the consultant did not warn that there should be a 24-hour subscription fee reserve for the transition to take place. As a result, lost time and the need to re-write the application and wait another day. Very unprofessional.
