Absolutely incompetent and boorish employees work. We came to change the tariff for our daughter to something cheaper, to which the employee said that we "clamped down" on paying her current tariff, and the daughter generally received advice to "look for a rich groom." I have never seen a single company that pays so little attention to recruitment.
I bought a smart watch for my child. Before buying, I asked the seller if there was a GPS function in this watch, to which the seller replied there is, when asked to turn it on and check, she replied that you would check the working hours at home. When I got home, I charged the watch and started testing, not all the functions stated by the seller took place. The next day, I sent a check to this salon, to the same saleswoman, to which she replied that this product was non-refundable. That's the kind of "specialist" I came across

07.09. They called from the MTS salon and offered to refund the money, of course, in return they asked in the book of complaints and suggestions to write that the conflict was settled. Which was done.
The watch was taken away, the money was returned, and they apologized. Thanks
