The consultant girl answered quite rudely and without understanding at all. "He's new." That is, my order was simply given to someone else. At the same time, the price for the day returned and became 200 rubles more. Disgusting impressions. It was no longer possible to buy a sealed one in another office. The disappointment in the store and specifically in the office is complete. I'm already silent about the queue, in which I had to stand for about 20 minutes. Going back 20 years in time, honestly.

Terrible service. 02/13/2025 I came in to find out the tariffs for the 3G shift. The visitor was alone and was served by a consultant, he stood at the counter for a couple of minutes - they didn't pay attention to me, then they told me to take the ticket with a dissatisfied look. I took it and stood with the ticket at the counter for another 5 minutes, when they realized that I wasn't leaving, they asked me what I needed. He replied that he was interested in tariffs, and reluctantly, with a dissatisfied look, they gave him a printout.
