I transferred the sim card from A1 to MTS. It was on Friday, A1 disconnected from communication on Saturday at 19:30, MTS did not connect. I went to the communication elephant, the girl sent a request to technical support. On Sunday, she called back to clarify whether there was a connection, on Monday she reported that the problem was solved and asked to restart the phone. Everything worked. Thanks to the specialist for his care.

I do not recommend contacting this office!!! There are problems with them all the time. No matter how many people have applied there, they have never given reliable information yet! Once they were approached by citizens of another country, they were also deceived. I had to waste time, change money, and as a result, I was late due to the fault of the staff of this office. In the first case, everything was perfect: polite staff, mask mode, quick registration, full consultation, etc. A consultant girl named Maria or Marina is just a smart girl.
In the second case (the next day), something immediately went wrong: everything without masks, lazy work, misleading when providing information of interest, confusion. The guy in the suit obviously didn't come there to work, but just to sit out the working hours.
