I took a phone in installments in 2019. I was assured that I would receive a free reminder message about the upcoming payment. So, for a year and a half, not a single SMS has arrived, but the penalty will be charged by the end of the payment, for delays of 1-2 days. The call center cannot respond to a request to solve this problem, they are sent to MTS stores. In the Minsk store, they offered to write an application for connecting the SMS notification service and the girl said that she would definitely call back in the near future about this problem. I've been waiting for an answer for 2 months😂 the amount of monthly installment payments has stopped being knocked out in the application at all. I will never contact MTS for the purchase of any product again.
1. Incompetent employees gave incorrect information on connecting the SIM card.
2. When connecting an additional SIM card, it was disconnected after a few hours without warning.
As a provider, it's just terrible. Tech support boils down to "turn on/off the modem, and we don't know how to do anything else and can't." it takes a long time to get through to tech support, there are two options here, or 2 operators are working on answers, or the quality of services provided is so bad that every customer calls and hopes to get help.... in short, I do not recommend it at all
Pleasant and polite staff. They explain everything clearly and help with the choice. They explain how and what to use and what is better to connect / disconnect for MY convenience.
