I was at the bank twice (to issue a card and pick it up) and stood for more than an hour in both cases. The second employee (at the checkout) just sitting on the phone.
The only plus is that they were not kicked out after closing, thanks to the specialist Ekaterina.
And everything would be different if at least 2 specialists worked or the cards were sent to the mailbox as normal banks do
