There are only 2 ticket offices. She works alone at lunchtime! Can't you move it in any way? The client stood at the cashier for almost an hour, her question was not solved, was it really impossible to redirect her at least 5 minutes later to a specialist? Why should the queue wait? Why didn't another ticket office open earlier from lunch?
