The salary card was demagnetized, I wrote an application for a card exchange, and I had to wait 10 days. After 8 days, an SMS message arrives, come and pick up the address of the branch. With grief, I got through to the staff, they don't know where my card is, they have to redirect it to another branch, which one is not known - within 7 days you will receive an SMS message where you can pick it up. As a result, for half a month without a card, if it wasn't a salary card, I definitely wouldn't have contacted this bank.
I came on 20/12/24 to pay the monthly loan payment - I couldn't, I need a passport!!! When asked from what day, the answer is from today!!!
