The 2nd moment of the statement was made on 12/17/2024 - the deadline was announced in 3-5 working days, and then it was ready on 01/27/2025, you can calculate it yourself, a month and a half ago! Due to the fact that the employee did not do her job, I get exactly the same card that I have and with the same waiting period! Of course, they offered me "solutions", but what it was is separate, in fact, I have to change everything (wherever the card is registered, all payment templates, etc.) to cover their ass and get exactly the same card that I have in my hands! I will contact another branch of the bank, I definitely won't come to it anymore, and I don't advise you either (the reviews below also say a lot), although I live nearby.
The place is inconvenient, and when parking is paid for, it will be quite fun)
Why none of the two "rooms" of the bank has a terminal with which it was possible to perform the necessary operations independently is completely unclear.
As a result, you have to stand in line (if the window is open at all) for the simplest operation - to top up the card with cash. Hopefully, eventually, at least the terminal will be installed.
Before moving (in transit)There was a perfect separation:2 cash desks, ATM ,4 consultants .The ticket offices were open from 9 a.m., without breaks (if one goes to lunch, then the second ticket office is open).Now there is only one cash register and 2 consultants, the cash register starts at 10 , so also lunch for an hour, so for the third time I come after 10 - it does not work for technical reasons (how many is unknown).It became "whatever."
