The bank's employees served people for a very long time, some of the customers took coupons, some did not take them, but simply sat down without a coupon. As a result, she waited an hour, and the bank told her that your card was still in Minsk.

The queues are huge, it's hot even though the air conditioners are working. Service - as soon as you get to someone, there are good specialists, and there are specialists who try to get you fired, send you to another employee. MTBank is not the same as it used to be.
High-quality service without imposing too much. They always tell me everything clearly and answer my questions. Pleasant atmosphere in the office as a whole.
I have been serving in this office for a long time, I have never had problems with queues or incompetence of employees, always a friendly attitude, without unnecessary imposition of additional services.
I can't say anything specifically about this bank. But mtb bank itself left only negative emotions. Once upon a time I wanted to take a halva card. They refused. And now they call almost every three to four months. And they ask if you want to register.
